Default Best Wild Heart Dressing Room Video Yet

Hi guys, I don't know if this has been posted here yet but I just noticed this on YouTube. It's the clearest version of the Wild Heart Dressing Room performance I've ever seen and the audio is crystal clear. Plus, it goes on longer than any of the other videos I've seen.

This version of her singing Wild Heart is one of the best videos on youtube in my opinion. Those harmonies and everything. Just stunning.

Here's the other one on youtube, it's shorter but pretty good quality:

from the first video, i've always wondered what she's saying at the beginning of the mash up. it sorta resembles the original "since you've been around we've got a love in store" but it sounds off. or maybe she just forgot the words and kinda went with the syllables. 'cause you know, the words aren't important, just syllables. dun dun..

Stevie at her most beautiful and with her voice at its peak. How old is she here?

Agreed. She was like 32-33, I guess it's from 1981 ^^

yeah this was from the Rolling Stone photo shoot, late 1981. so she was 33...and listening to Fleetwood Mac demos that were for the upcoming Mirage album...she was singing The Wild Heart lyrics along to an early instrumental version of 'Can't Go Back'

That video of her singing The wild heart before the Rolling Stone shoot is pure magic. Mostly because she is singing because of the simple fact that she loves singing. You can tell it comes straight from the heart and she's not like these other entertainers of today. You can tell she's just itching to sing, and Robin eventually just gives up and lets her go for it. I could watch this 20 times in a row, it's beautiful.

Often times, when I am down or feeling blah, I will watch this to lift my spirits. This has always made me happy.
To see into the intimate backstage setting, and watch how passionate she is about the song, is truly beautiful.

Speaking of the RS photo shoot... This:

I love how she is bopping around and singing along to her recording of "If You Were My Love." However, this version of the song is totally different than the popular version that appears on The Other Mirage. Has this version leaked? My kingdom for this mp3!!

It's not from the RS shoot (I know it's often labelled like that but it's not, the video Hejira posted is from RS) and neither is it from '81, it's a little bit later, probably on the set for some Mirage promo photoshoot

Well, it really has to be from the '81 period because both "Love in Store" and "Can't Go Back" are kind of like thumbnail sketches at this point. And Robin appears to be healthy and non-pregnant here; I don't think she got pregnant, sick, frail and died within just a few months' period. I think autumn '81 sounds about right to me.
