I can officially verify this is NOT Stevie Nicks due to the nipple size. We all know she's got giant saucers and that little piece of tape would never cover them.

The thing that makes me laugh the most is the fact that when you look at the head and neck region, even disregarding the piss poor connection with the "ribbon", the shape doesn't even fit. It's so obvious without having seen the original Stevie picture that it doesn't belong on that body.
