No contest: SYW is better!
I LOVE TISL and it's one of my fave Stevie albums, but it is incredibly weak when put up against SYW. Stevie sings better on SYW (although there were some killer vocals on TISL) and SYW contains some of her best lyrics ever. SYW was produced with a harder rock edge to it, which TISL lacked. TISL was VERY poppy, it didn't rock like SYW does. The guitars, drums, and bass are better on SYW, of course. Plus, you have the harmonies! It's no contest: SYW!!!!
