Mick Fleetwood - My life and adventures with Fleetwood Mac

I have the whole book in txt format, and I would gladly post it here, but I wanted to ask first am I allowed to do that!? I know it's forbidden to share officially released material, but since the book is out of print I guess it would be ok if I do. It can't be found anywhere else but ebay. I know for sure there are fans who haven't had the opportunity to read it, especially from Europe.

I absolutely loved Mick's book. I read it last year for the first time and reread it over the summer.

IT IS. It's a great book. I've read it several times. I found it in 1992 at a Amsterdam bookstore, the paperback edition, (the deluxe edition was there but it was too expensive for me at that moment, anyway both have cool pics).

It's the whole band story, from the beginning, I feel it is enough accurate, though some episodes were discussed here, specially the Lindsey breakup with the band. They said it was full of Mick imagination, but a John interview confirmed most part of that episode.

Anyway, there are lot of stories, info, etc. I found it far more interesting than Carol Ann Harris book

I finished reading it and, quite honestly, I expected much more, especially with the Rumours stories. I dunno, but I was just expecting more tales from the making of Rumours, but it just didn't really strike me. Still, I can't wait for Ken Caillat's book!

A Ken's book is announced? I didn't know!

Well there are several stories about the Rumours recording and tour.. How they recorded GDW, why they moved to Sausalito, how they sequenced the album, etc... I enjoyed.

Now that I think about it, i read the same exact stuff on Blender, Songfacts, and the Penguin, so maybe that's why the book was a bit of a letdown for me.

And yeah, according to David, Ken's book is all written and he just needs a publisher. To quote Stevie, I can't wait!

Cool I'm looking forward to reading about the early days of the band, most things you read focus on the Rumours era. I still haven't read the whole of Storms yet, only read the preview on Google Books, but I keep meaning to borrow it from the library!
