As is her mother. Stevie dedicated BATB to Betty on the Soundstage cd and Landslide to her at the Mac show in Atlanta last year.

Hahaha yeah, I've never thought Reese was a good candidate but in the words of Stevie, "I want Reese Witherspoon to play me, Reese knows. She would play Stevie Nicks really well."

I'd say Reese is definitely the one. We're talking about an Academy Award winning actress here, not some drugged-out wannabe (Lindsay Lohan). They could definitely fix her looks in the make-up department, but hey, if Stevie wants Reese to play her, I'm for it. Plus, they are obviously friends, and I believe that Stevie will allow her the role because she has shared/is sharing her stories with her as someone she truly loves and trusts.

Reese will not play Stevie Nicks. She is signed on to play the singer Peggy Lee in the Peggy Lee biopic. She's already played June Carter Cash and won an oscar. She will not play a third singer.

What would Reese's presence in the studio have to do with record sales? They are friends and are spending time together. It seems as if whomever Stevie is "hanging out" with, someone somewhere has a problem with it.

I seriously doubt that Stevie feels the need to flaunt her famous friends in front of the camera. If anything I suspect that Reese is a dyed-in-the-wool chiffonhead and I would not be surprised in the least if she lurks on the Ledge, especially given all of the "Reese playing Stevie" threads that have come and gone over the years; just Google "Stevie and Reese" and the Ledge pops up. So naturally she is doing what any other self-respecting chiffonhead would do- hang out in the studio with Mama!

Lets not forget, she's making this album weather it sell's or not. Well, thats what she said? I hope she's true to her word. I just want new music. If it sell's well good for her!

I agree, Stevie sharing a moment in the spotlight with a special friend.

I think Reese is a friend and a fan. I think it is strange that her and Stevie are such good friends, and out of all of Stevie's friends, it is Reese who is in the studio with her, but meh, whatever splits her banana! Maybe this documentary will explain why Reese is there. Or maybe Reese is going to be part of these "dreamscapes".
