A quartet of Creed fans has just filed a class-action complaint
claiming that the band owes them refunds for a ragged Boston
concert. In that vein, we're now considering slapping Yes with a
lawsuit over a lousy 1979 show at Madison Square Garden:

I think you meant to write 1999, not 1979. It would be really interesting though, it these lawsuits could go back to the 70's! If Stevie and the gang could get sued for fighting on stage and being coked out of their trees all the time. (Well, a lot of the time).

That would be the ultimate embarrassement! But at the rate they're going, it could happen.

Twasn't me writing it, I copied and pasted from the email I received from the smoking gun peeps...but I think they DID mean 1979, implying that this is a frivolous lawsuit, but in the 70's, it was the norm for bands to give crappy, drugged out performances.

Oh, now 1979, there's a year for you. Great perfomances but who the hell can remember them?
