their the leather looking leg warmers~ it fooled me at first, but when looking back at my 'unleashed' tour pics, they appear to be what she was wearing then~ at first i thought she was sporting new footwear, but when she came closer to me & her feet were right in front of me, i could tell it was 2 pieces, the fugly shoes & leather leg warmers~ they look like the same ones in these pics~

Those things are dreadful! The only time the fugly reeboks looked halfway decent was in 05 when she wore them with the velvet leg warmers and a longer skirt. When worn with a shorter skirt they're unbearable...the leather shin guards only compound the problem. UGH!!

It's kinda complicated-- Sara had one backstage pass but she just would've needed to walk in there, talk to Stevie about it for 20 seconds and then we would've gone back too.

I had a similar scenario at an Allman Bros concert in 1989....this girl I was sitting next to was "friends with the band"...just before the encore, she asked me if I wanted to go backstage & meet them. I said "sure" (I ain't no dummy). She told me & my friend to wait down by the stage...she went backstage for what seemed like an hour, but was probably less than 30 seconds & came back with a couple of passes in hand for us.


As far as the treatment of the red shawl, Stevie probably figures that if the IRS wouldn't let her count it off on her taxes as a "business expense", then she'll have to wear it out somehow, so she'll finally have to buy a NEW one and try to claim IT on next year's return!
