What happened to "that song . . ."

Can somebody tell me what song it was that Lindsey was playing on the CD-Rom material located on the FM Greatest Hits that was released recently?

He's in the SYW studio, and the guitar hook is HUGE. I can't believe whatever song that was didn't make the record.

Anyone know what it is?

Is it one of the "extra" tracks on the limited edition SYW CD?

No it isn't an extra track unfortunatley. I think it was just them jamming.

One of the songs he was singing in that was SAY YOU WILL..."if i could get you to dance..."

It sounds too good to just be jamming. I have a feeling this belongs to one ofthe tracks that didn't make the album....

Good question Christopher, and I wish I knew the answer. That riff is so catchy, I often play it and muck around with it, in lieu of an actual song to listen to.

I agree with Alex that it seemed pretty tight and pre-rehearsed to be just a jam. Good guess though, Bluegrass.

Hopefully it will appear in some form on the next CD.

The "Heal the wounds if I can, get your to dance" is from the song Say You Will. Although I think his vocals got replace with the children, LOL.

Maybe that beat they were playing was the unheard Lindsye song "Am I Waiting"?

Yes, BlueGrass - that makes sense. I must say it sounds more like a Lindsey song than a Stevie one. Wish I could ehar the song... I Am Waiting for it!
