Oh my-! I can be in a really good mood but then if I listen to High Hopes I'll be depressed all night... same goes for Johnny Cash's version of Hurt.

Anyway, escaping reality I put on Michael Hedges or Go Insane... or sometimes Tubular Bells on loop...

YES! You can't listen to that song and not get happy

For me, TITN, Muse and Duran Duran.

Storms, when I feel the thunder in my heart...

Every night that goes between
I feel a little less
As you slowly go away from me
This is only another test

Every night you do not come
Your softness fades away
Did I ever really care that much
Is there anything left to say

Breathtaking.

I listen to~

The Beatles - Revolver
Radiohead - The Bends
Kate Bush - The Dreaming OR Hounds of Love
Cocteau Twins - Blue Bell Knoll
Liz Phair - Exile In Guyville
Ladyhawke - s/t
Fleetwood Mac - Tusk

Those above albums have been my get away from reality stuff lately. Also I have been watching a lot of Mad Men. That show is my TV drug right now. And True Blood. At least this season is better than the last.
