What kind of device is the best to make an mp3 recording of a live concert?

ETA: This looks promising: http://www.amazon.com/Zoom-H2-Portab...0944590&sr=8-1

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Alright so after all this I couldn't get anything good in the center section so I took the side row 3 and only paid $100 (under face value). Not too shabby .

Congrats. So seats never even dropped for this show?

Can't wait to read everyone's reports, pics and I'll be staying up waiting for that setlist!

That is a good device, short of purchasing professional grade equipment (which is generally too large to conceal at a show). My bf has it and it does a really great job.

Nope, not good ones anyway. The best I came up with on Ticketmaster today was row 14 center which obviously I didn't take and I've been checking everyday since they went on sale.

I got my ticket from a broker just by doing an internet search. It could really go either way as far as TM goes but I would still hold out till' closer to the show and if worst comes to worse you can do what I did and get a great deal from a broker who will be wanting to get rid of his tickets.

I've been doing the same thing, but started to look on craigslist and a few other ticket broker sites. If you have any luck, let me know. I'll do the same.
