i think its just a piano demo of 'Cant Go Back' that FM was working on at the time that would eventually be on the Mirage album.
And since you mention it, I love how Gentlemen Reg copied that video.

Here ya go hun and keep your first born. I actually prefer the album version better. This one is dull and her voice has no fluctuation. Reminiscent of the Klonipin days. Btw I have always been obsessed with this song. I find myself reciting the lyrics at random times.
