Oh, gosh... where to begin?

White Wine: Chardonnay (J Lohr and Rombauer are my favs), and am a big fan of Sparkling/Champagne, too
Red Wine: Pinot Noir is my fav, but a good Merlot or Cabernet is lovely, too.
Cocktails: Vodka Dirty Martini, Long Island Iced Tea, Margarita, most anything so long as it doesn't have brown liquor in it
Beer: I mainly drink what my friend Lee and I affectionately call "girly beer" while boating in the summer, ie: Smirnoff Ice, Bacardi Silver, et al. Though I am learning to choke down Coors Light and Bud Light Lime when the situation is dire enough.

Lord, where do I start?
Perhaps with what I DON'T like!
Gin
Southern Comfort
Yukon Jack
Most white wine(although I opened a 10yo bottle of Gewurztraminer, a couple of weeks ago, and it was WONDERFUL)
I like everything else.

Okay, favorites would be:
Most dry, red wines(nothing sweet, that candy-assed wine is for pussies)
Vodka/Cran
Whiskey/Sprite(Caffeine free Coke if I can get it - I don't do caffeine)
Jim Beam Red Stag(black cherry flavored Jim Beam)/Sprite

I used to love beer, but only drink it now, pretty much, if I'm out, and pacing myself, because I have to drive home. I used to think I liked all the heavier beers, but they can now kiss my ass. Gimme a PBR, or Miller Lite, and that's all I want. **** like Killions, or Sierra Nevada, or whatever, is just "flavor overload". I don't need a spice rack dumped into my beer(Dierks Bentley has a song, "anything domestic, light and cold").

That's because they were drinking Maneshewitz wine. That **** tastes like swill.

Actually they were. My dad says he loved it when he was younger than me (then again, he likes halvah and i think that stuff is nasty too) and tries to make me dink me, but I doubt he's gotten the hint by now lol.

What brand of Passover wine is good then?

That's the only brand of Passover wine that I know of. Interestingly enough, yesterday when I was out collecting cans and bottles I happened to pull a bottle out of a paper bag and it was Manishevitz grape flavored wine. I thought to myself, "what drunkard was desperate enough to drink this ****?"

I love red wines, particularly Malbec.
Dirty vodka martinis, using Belvedere Vodka.
and I love coconut water.
As for beer, my favorite: Anchor Steam.

Again, louie - we must have a drink together! I do love Pinot Noir and Margaritas. As for beer, "girly" beer is a polite term, PG-13 term for that I've heard such beers referred to as, haha! Do you mean that Coors and Bud Light are the strongest you have? They're like slightly hoppy flavoured water! I'll bring some real ale over from Scotland for ya, along with a nice single malt...

That's the only reason I'm able to drink them! Oddly enough, I really like Chimay... which is a very dark, thick beer. I'm an odd one for sure!

Cool The article you posted...

I don't preach to anyone ("Do whatever ya want with yer life") nor should anyone preach to me...that is up to each to decide what to do with their lives, but if ya do something that can cause you harm, don't look for me to show sympathy...I don't play that (I'm awaiting my oldest brother to announce he is dying because of alcohol - that's what he gets for "drinking a 12 pack each and every day before 10am" - As he openly and happily announces to those who really don't get a ****).

Let me clarify, if you want to drink do it at home and dont cause another family grief due to a poor choice you may make (Something I have ALL too often seen living in an area considered as an "Indian Reservation")

I am enjoying a glass of soft red Oliver wine right now. I love sangrias, Bud Light, and Red Stag (thanks to Homie). A friend of mine makes a concoction called Scooby Snacks. I have no idea what's all in it, but it's sweet and unsuspecting. They will knock you on your ass!
