Stevie should wait until next summer and tour with the original members from the 1981 tour. But
also i think it would be something to remember if she performed the entire bella donna album. It seems lately artists are doing that with the albums that made them famous. heart did it with dreamboat annie and this summer roger waters is going on tour with the wall. even rush is gonna perform the entire album of moving pictures. I'd love to see bella donna performed live and complete. |

And it would be the perfect time to re-issue Bella Donna, remastered as a 2-CD set, with all the outtakes recorded during the sessions.

There are so many gems on that album that haven't been performed (Kind of Woman) and things like that where I think it would be great, but she'd have to add a couple of other songs though since BD is only 10 songs long, which is a shame!

I think the "In Concert" video should be re-released on DVD but the full concert - songs performed that night but left out of the video "Angel" "Bella Donna" "Leather and Lace" and "How Still My Love." How awesome that would be ...

OH!
How about a Belladonna Remastered, WITH the 2nd Cd being the outtakes and demos and a DVD of a remastered and complete HBO concert? It can be the "Belladonna: Maximum Deluxe Ultimate 30th Anniversary Edition Extreme" It will be like the Fleetwood Mac Live in Boston and Crystal Visions concept of a DVD with Music CD. The iTunes version can have some additional outtakes or something and the one from WB's website can have a autographed poster to further rape us fans that need to buy all the other versions. Please Stevie! Rape me! |

The concept of re-releasing "Bella Donna" for it's 30th anniversary isn't that crazy. It's done every year with landmark albums. But because this is Stevie it won't happen. The idea of a 2 disc set with one CD of outtakes and an additional DVD of the complete HBO concert is a no brainer, but again, won't happen.
The best you can hope for is for it to be talked about by Warner Archives (who I believe has control over the Atlantic/Modern material) and it will be given a release date but alas that date will continually be pushed back until it's just never released. Instead they will issue the 10th anniversary edition of the 20th anniversary edition of "Rumours". Because you can never re-issue "Rumours" too many times!! |

that would be very awesome! And while they're at it, I wish they'd rerelease Red Rocks and the Mirage Show..unedited. I hate when they cut songs out of a show.

With a new album coming out ~ her first in a decade! ~ I doubt this will happen!
Better to hope for the best of both world's......new material + Stevie actually shaking up her (rather predictable) set and adding a number of BELLA DONNA songs that she's either never done live or hasn't done for a while. |

Dave Stewart mentioned recently that there are special guest appearances planned on the new recording. I for one would love if Stevie & Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers reunited for another killer duet on the new record to bring Stevie full circle with her solo career. I also think it would be great if she did a duet w. Henley again, or even Chris Issak. I for one hope Stevie will keep her collaborations with classic artists, and stay's clear of any trendy new young ingenue (please no Swift/GaGa or any female for that matter, unless it's Christine McVie or Annie Lennox ;-)) to pander to a new younger audience. Stevie just sounds better when she duets with a male voice & the old/new collaborations have been done ad-nauseum. If Stevie, Dave and the other's involved stick to the basic's that made "Bella Donna" such a success and classic sounding recording till now, I think we are in store for a killer new Stevie Nicks album!
