Can't say cause I dunno SYW. Sorry

As awesome as the acoustic Big Love is, they should start playing it in it's original form (like they did with Go Insane on the last tour, but I never got why Lindsey sits right when song finished at my show*), complete with Lindsey and Stevie doing the love grunts

*If you don't believe me, here's proof of what I saw.tart watching around 2:50 and you'll see

Agree. I think she'd look good in some Chucks (hey, I'm around her height and I love mine), some jeans, and a little color in her outfits.

Mick needs to go back to doing those African drum solos during World Turning

For the sake of being pedantic, it was never Stevie who did the feminine "love grunts" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Lov...%29#Background. (I was so surprised when I read that! )

I knew it was Lindsey doing 'em, but I still think it'd be hilarious to see both of them doing it on stage, thrusting their hips suggestively while looking at each other.

New statement: A live performance of Not That Funny is both funnier (and more disturbing) than the drum solo Mick did where he "played" himself

I'm not sure it ever occurred to me that it might be Stevie. Doesn't sound like her at all.

I don't think I ever thought it was Lindsey either, but I remember Letterman used to make a lot of jokes about it being Stevie making those sounds at the time.

I tend to think Lindsey is doing everything. I thought he was the children's voices at the end of SYW before we learned otherwise.

Of course, I always knew that was him crowing on Peacekeeper.

Agreed!!!! Mick killed that drum solo on the "Tango" tour. Blew me away on that tour, but I would love to see him do more of a percussion/drum solo (no vest, that act is old) than what we got on this last tour (saw the videos on YouTube). I'd actually like to see him do a "drum battle" type thing with another percussionist on that song. I think it would be awesome!

New statement: John's bass line in "The Chain" is one of the most memorable in all of rock and roll history.

Agree.

Joan Of Arc should have been on TITN instead of When I See You Again.

Agree totally, and one of his finest around. And as for the drum battle, maybe Mick could go up against a person from the audience that plays the drums every night. That should be seriously awesome.

New statement: As good a song Sara is, it'd sound a bit better on Rumours than on Tusk (but both albums are still fantastic in their own right)

Disagree. I think that Sara belongs to Tusk. Stevie's lyrics really evolved, they were more real on Rumours (Dreams, or I don't want to know) than on Tusk, and that's why I think that Sara perfectly fits this album. It's kinda blurred, just like Angel, or Beautiful Child. What's more, Lindsey arranged it in a tusky way : it's a little messy, but absolutely beautiful, just like on Brown Eyes (IMO, of course). After all, the main thing on Tusk was to be "experimental", and I think that Sara could have been a lot more simple as a song, if it was on Rumours. But it isn't. Its progression (with the drums, the piano and everything), the harmonies, and Stevie's airy vocals make it a studio gem.

Here's my statement : "When I see you again" is the worst Fleetwood Mac song ever. (along with Peacekeeper).

OMG disagree!!!!! I listen to "WISYA" as one of my "Rock n Roll Lullabies" when i go to sleep - it's gorgeous! And Peacekeeper is awesome! Their worst song is "These Strange Times"...it almost makes me wanna kill myself...even though it is very gorgeous.

New Statement: I don't wish that Lindsey stayed with the band in '87. Fate could've had a totally different track for Fleetwood Mac.

( I knew that everyone would disagree with that, but I had to say it. I wholeheartedly hate these songs.)

Well, about your statement, I just don't know. But they really needed a break, at that time, maybe to come back stronger. The beginning of the 90's was a bad time for the whole band, except for Lindsey, so I'm glad he did "Out of the Cradle" on his own, which is one of my favourite albums of all-time.

"Temporary one" is a joke, and I obviously want everyone on the forum to hate me .
