What does Stevie travel with, really? not much. Sound/lights/backdrop/etc.. that can all be provided by the venue/rented very easily. I really wouldn't put that much faith into "she's going all the way to the east coast" as an indicator.. and I'm saying this as someone who believes she's going to put together a week of shows around this time.

I would love to see her play the Bank Of America Pavilion in downtown Boston. I saw her tehre in 2008 and the smaller venue fir her quite nicely.

Ugh, I wonder why there is absolutely NOTHING about this show on the Nicks Fix, but the tickets are already for sale. I guess she doesn't want to spread the word.

Doesn't this mean that she basically has to have an album out then?

No. She's been touring for years with nothing new out.

So Atlantic City NJ, one night, then MGM in CT the following night. Which would be the better show? Would a song possibly get eliminated in just one night? Will she be 'fresher' the first night, or nervous, will she be warmed up the second night, or tired?
If she can do 2 nights in a row, I think we all should be able to do 2 nights in a row, too!
I'm starting to feel really happy about these dates, casino shows and all. A summer without Stevie? Why?
I will be so surprised if additional dates are not announced soon. Though it seems about equal, in opinion here, 'there will be more shows than these two,' 'there will not!'

Haha yes, listed on TM. Sorry for the scare! I am too broke to go so I didn't actually pay attention to whether or not they were available, just that they were there!

Yeah, it's true. She's definitely going to be there. They keep talking about it on the radio station that I listen to in the morning . http://www.wzxl.com If you go in there today by 9 a.m. ET & get naked, you can get Stevie Nicks tickets before they go on sale.

Here's the link to the Taj

I wish I could go, but I'm going to see Heart in Atlantic City that same month, so I really can't afford to go. But those who can see her, have fun.

I would think night two would be better...I think she'll be warmed up and not tired since she's only playing (for now) two shows. In other words, she won't be "road weary". I'm excited, too, about these shows and feel very fortunate that she chose to play somewhere so close to where I live.

Is there a detailed seating chart for this venue?

Is it possible, just possible, that Dave Stewart could show up and coerce her into performing a couple of new tunes? Since Dave obviously thinks these new songs are da shizz, he would probably love to see them road-tested. I know this is far, far outside of the realm of possibility, but unlike every other solo trek during the past decade, there are actually some new tunes in the pipeline. If Dave is indeed targeting completion of recording/production by this summer, it's entirely possible that the album could be released in the fall, so debuting new songs at this show may make perfect sense. But then again...

I suspect that the first night is going to be a bit of a dress rehearsal and the second night is going to be much looser and spirited. After being off the road for 8 months, she probably has to re-gain her sea legs.
