Stevie Makes Me Smile!

[mikebise]

While waiting for my DSL to get hooked up, I've been watching a LOT of Stevie DVDs (Thank You, Alicia!!!).

I love Stevie and her music so much! Just a few of the things that made me smile the last few days:

Stevie twirling Elaine on "Stand Back" in Largo
Stevie's super-cool mega Eighties perm on "Little Lies"
Stevie rocking out on "Blue Denim" (Alicia even took pics that night!!!)
Stevie singing along to Todd Rundgren's "I Saw The Light" (John, this can be her next cover, so you can make note!)

Has STEVIE made you smile lately?

[mikebise]

I'm listening to the UK single remix of "Maybe Love Will Change Your Mind" right now ~ makes me SMILE and be all kissy face to Stevie Nicks!!!!!

[Nathan]

Is this why you haven't been on, Mike Bise? Too busy watching Stevie and Elaine, waiting for DSL?

[mikebise]

Is that Bitchy and Anti-Stevie?

I can go read the Stevie/Dave Stewart threads for that bitchiness.

This is about LOVING STEVIE's music...

[Nathan]

Oh my god, no, it wasn't, at all.

[mikebise]

Nathan, I apologize!

My short time away made me too sensitive.

I was just realizing how much I love Stevie's music.

EVERYDAY!!!~

[Musicman408]

Yeah, she's made me smile lately. She normally always does.

Red Rocks always makes me smile. The random crap she throws in, completely unintelligible, but beautiful and poetic at the same time...

And also, every bootleg I can get of OTR, I just listen to them all, and smile every time.

[mikebise]

You inspired me! I put Red Rocks on and started smiling all over!

I just love that red shawl on "I Need To Know"!!!!!!!

my favorites are BATB and HAEWAFY - i was ballin' like a baby!

Also, the whole symbolism between the dove NOT leaving her arm was AWESOME!

[mikebise]

Yeah, I don't care what was re-shot or re-recorded ~ The Red Rocks DVD is amazing!!!! "No Spoken Word" blows my mind ~ "Ooh, let's make a deal here!"

Smiling!!!!!!!

Stevie Nicks makes my heart skip a beat on a daily basis whether I'm listening to her music, watching her videos, chatting on The Ledge, talking about her to "normies", or fantasizing about our evening together in Malibu rocking out to her music. You know, well?

[tilthefirefades]

I don't think I will every like HAEWFY, it bores the living hell out of me. It sounds like it never left the demo phase.
