Try laying in your bed naked with the lights out watching a montage of Stevie videos and let your hands roam as they please. If you have a partner in bed with you make him or her dress up as Stevie and you be Lindsey circa 1975.
Saucy..! Need one of those ceiling-mounted TVs..

I don't think theres anything wrong with having listening periods vs non listening periods of Stevie or Mac.....really sometimes I just need a break. Its easy to get burned out after awhile. I'd say do others things get away from it for awhile than go back to it .....it'll all be good. Just like my fandom has changed(through some 20+ yrs or so)...... so has my listening habits...nothing stays the same.....life does go on......anyway, hope this helps.....but do what you've gotta do.....

Wow. Thanks so much for posting the link. Lord knows where my VHS copy of Mirage is. It's been so long since I've seen this, I'd honestly forgotten the fabulousness that is SOTM.

The other day in choir, I started humming Destiny Rules to myself because I had it stuck in my head- that was pretty awesome!!

Well personally I think its good to listen to other music to balance out our Stevie/Mac obsessions - but what will REALLY put me back into a Stevie mood is to listen to her albums randomly and thinking about where I was the first time I heard it and what point I was at, or what the song meant to me or to whom I could associate with it... doing this usually brings up alot of other memories like concerts and memories that you've shared with friends

It would really have been nice if Stevie ever was on stage for 2 hours or 2 and a half hours as she'd like us to believe. One of the tours, either SA or Enchanted, I can't remember, was only 1 hour and 10 minutes.. Standard for her was 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Cut the woman some slack! She needed frequent breaks to snort some coke, down a shot of tequila, or pop a klonopin so we lost out on some stage time .

I love that Stevie has a low speaking voice. I'm trying to imagine her sounding like a yappy little Valley Girl and loling.

I have to take a break from stevie-mac sometimes. I just get a bit overwhelming sometimes. So, I fall into my other interests for awhile, and then find myself starting to miss it. I usually end up throwing in some demos to listen to and look through my photo albums and I'm hopelessly hooked again!
