My homie went and saw this a couple weeks ago. Said he was going to take pictures for me, but they didn't allow it.

yeah I went there in Feb,

They had a lot of her tusk stuff, I think a pink and green dress.
There was a bella donna dress that looked blue, that was pretty cool lookin.
and I know they had the pink dress from Mirage.

they had a black rhiannon dress, they said it was from the Wild Heart Era, but I think she's been usin that all the time. haha

I'm almost certain Stevie has multiple outfits made of her staple onstage costumes. Looking back through pics I've seen the Rhiannon top in a variety of different lengths on her too. Sometimes those sleeves can touch the ground, other times they're of a medium shorter length. Personally I prefer the uber long sleeves on that outfit. I wish RRHOF wasn't so strict, people snap photos all the time of her stuff displayed at the Hard Rock exhibits. Maybe RHOF thinks if less people knew about whats inside, more people will come? I think if more people knew what was exhibited, then more would come.

I was there in 1996 0r '97 and they had NOTHING for Stevie or Fleetwood Mac (they hadn't been inducted yet). I was bummed. Would like to go again sometime though to see how the place has changed. I know they have done an expansion since I was there.

When I went in '97 they were doing a big thing about the '60's and they had Grace Slick's dress she wore at Woodstock.

Yes the Stevie section is amazing.. I believe it was.. 4 -5 dresses...3 from the TUSK era.. and.. 1 from Wild Heart (black with gold at the shoulders- VERY similar to the Rhiannon Dress... and 1 Belladonna.. which was the white satin "Dove"/Edge cape.. and a blueish dress underneath.. AND they had..the light brown/biege suede platform boots..INCLUDING the black ballet pointe- shoes she wore on the cover of Rumours...(sorry if Im repeating what others have posted above).. the exhibit was truly amazing.. Im hoping to go again..the Grace Slick top was AMAZING.. its white leather.. and.. completely.. fringe-..VERY 60s' hippy Woodstock...and Stevie's black RUMOURS dress is in the "I Love California".. showcase.. along with a bunch of other 70s/ rock era artists... but the Rhiannon dress.. in my opinion was the crowning jewel....the sleeves appeared to be super long- to the floor... with the famous.. fairy-bottom hemlined skirt. I wanted to take pictures so bad.. I could serious CRY but alas...rules are rules BOO!...my Scrapbook.. is painfully missing..any shots - but STILL all in all- I'd recommend.. any Stevie/Mac.. or Music fan..checking it out if they can.. you wont be disappointed...(just picture wise ;(

On a vaguely related note, you can visit the U-505, a captured German U-boat, at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. You can take a guided tour of the boat, but aren't allowed to take photographs. This thing could travel 200 meters underwater, survive nearby depth charge explosions, and even survived a direct hit from a bomb...but would apparently crumble into dust under the flash from a digital camera.

Yeah, I've never understood that mentality.

Sortasavagelike, when I saw your name on here I thought by same crazy way you would have pictures of these.
If you don't, I guess no one does.

Most if not all museums have a no photo rule. The idea being that if you took pictures then there would be no need to go see the stuff for yourself. Also a lot of times items in museums may be copyrighted and it would be an infringement to have photos. When I went to the Hall one of the things they had was the doll from the Sgt. Pepper album cover, it was very cool to see it, but I thought it would have been cool to have the photo of the doll. (The doll by the way is on the album cover wearing the Rolling Stones sweater and sitting on the lap of the creepy old lady doll).
