Whatever happened to ‘Modern Records’?

Randy Jackson also had a deal with Tiffany (as a "comeback" album) to release something on the Modern label, but it never happened. It was her "The Color of Silence" album that was eventually released in 2000 and was released on the Elektra label. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Color_of_Silence

Modern Records went public under Randy Jackson, you could buy stock in the company, but only as an OTC stock (Over The Counter). I almost bought some stock, it was super cheap as most OTC stock is, but never did. It went under fast.

After Jackson took over, Modern Records used to have a website for about a year and it listed all of there business dealings on it. I used to check it from time to time. I could only remember the Tiffany album and the Jacksons album listed as current projects.
