That's the official title that Stevie copyrighted in January 1986 along with a cassette of the song.

"The Charmed Ones (Song For The City of Hope)"

The music, IIRC, is by the guys who wrote the music for "Running Through The Garden" & "Battle of The Dragon". Lyrics are Stevie's, of course.

I always thought it was The Wild Heart, as well, but I was wrong.
