I've never seen it before, and wondered if anyone knows anything about it??

Also what makes this "Superdisc" copy of Rumours different and more expensive than a standard copy??

I think the first one is just a '77 bootleg with a fancy cover.

I have an original copy of that Nautilus disc. It was half-speed mastered; here's an explanation copied from http://www.audioinvest.no/tt_vinyl/s...c/nautilus.htm :

"Half-speed mastering (HSM) is a process in which the original master two-track tapes are run at half of their normal speed during the mastering (lacquer cutting) process. The cutting lathe is also run at half of its normal speed. Thus the playback ratios remain the same. The advantage to this slow cutting speed is that'a more perfect groove can be etched onto the lacquer. Better frequency response, wider dynamic range and considerably less distortion are the benefits."

On good playback equipment, it is noticeably better. This disc and the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab releases were some of the best LP technology available at the time.
