No definitely not the only one, two weekends ago we got over a foot here in Virginia, and last weekend it snowed a bit more but it wasn't as bad as the weekend before! My yard is like an ice rink now though because before it started snowing the past weekend it rained a TON so now it's all frozen over.

I can't imagine. I just stood up to measure where that would be on me. We got hit again this morning. Maybe 2 inches.... it's enough for me. I'm guessing we have no more than 7 on the ground. They weren talking another 5-8 today, but they're always telling us we're gonna get more than we do. They said it was gonna snow all day, but it's already stopped. Going to check the radar now so I can see where it's at.

i have been snowed in since friday and i have no idea when the city will ever send a plow to our street. its ridiculous. i am glad to have off of work but its annoying that i have to walk through 2 feet of snow to get down to the main street. craziness!!! we are suppossed to get another 4-8 inches of snow starting today into tomorrow. what a mess!!

Well, we just had another blizzard on Wednesday & I'm SICK OF THIS NOW!!! I GIVE UP!! I hate winter anyway & I really hate snow. It's windy here now & now the snow is drifting. I think we got another foot! I don't have a four wheel drive vehicle & neither does my husband, our development is half plowed & we live off a back road & that's half plowed. I've worked a total of five hours this week & am going to half to use my vacation time, time I'd rather be using for the summer. And more snow is heading our way for Monday into Tuesday & they don't know how much, but whatever we get is too much.

OK, I'm done venting now.

i finally saw plows yesterday on my street so that was good news but they were a little late since we already shoveled our entire street. my back was sore for days but it was one hell of a workout though. its been over 6 days since my gram has had electricity so i really feel for her and the guy she lives with. they wont leave their house though so what are you gonna do. i heard more snow on monday so that is not good but it was nice having off work for most of the week.

haha here in New Jersey we just got about 2 feet! I had school Monday and Tuesday and i've been off Wednesday and Thursday...and then PRESDENTS DAY WEEKEND I'm OFF UNTIL TUESDAY!!!!!!!!!

Here in Alabama, it doesn't snow often. We're supposed to get maybe an inch today, but the way everyone talks, you'd think it was the end of the world. I used to live farther north and we would have laugh at the idea of an inch of snow being a big deal!!
