Question How'd everyone do for Dallas?

Well, I'm not exactly thrilled myself, I got pretty much what I expected, which was a very similar experience as the first pre-sale for DC...

I ended up buying a single ticket in Section 11 (front, center section on the floor), Row T. I passed up Row R at the very beginning, and then got nervous and went ahead and bought the Row T ticket. I NEVER saw anything closer on the floor than Row R.

I think I'll go ahead and try my luck w/ the general public pre-sale on Monday. If I end up getting something better and anyone's interested in the ticket I bought today, let me know.

Default HOLY $#@!!!!

LIVIA!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAHHHH!!!! I HAD section 11, row M READY TO GO, I had the thing filled out with my shipping info and CC info...and I hit SUBMIT....

ERROR WITH YOUR REQUEST

I ALMOST KILLED SOMEBODY!!!!!!!

I was crying, seriously....TEARS WERE FLOWING FOLKS!!!! WE ARE TALKING DEAD CENTER, 13 ROWS BACK!!!!!!!!!

THEN, I had to reboot, because my #$!@#$#@ computer froze up!!!!!!!

THEN, I went for lower balcony, because I kept getting offered friggin sections 13-15 (CRAP SEATS, TRUST ME!!) and finally bought where I would have liked to sit if not the floor (Section 105, row K)...which, IMO, is REALLY good because it's elevated (stadium seating is WAY better for me because I'm SHORT and can't see over the sea of heads!!)....so....

LONG STORY SHORT..LOL

I'm STILL going to check Ticket BASTARD and ebay and such for other tickets (money for me, thank God, is no problem....I am willing to pay)..but...I think I have an ulcer....and don't even get me started on the sore throat I have from SCREAMING at my computer. LOL

WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE LIKE BEING TORTURED, IT SHOULD BE A FUN EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Whew....

Cool Okay, I'm back...

Yep, I'm still reeling at losing FLOOR SEATS, but I had NO PROBLEMS getting my section 105...so, I honestly think it was God's divine intervention, because He KNOWS I can't see on the floor well....I think the error was just God...because EVERYTHING was filled in...and it NEVER told me WHY there was an error...it just said "There is an error with your request"..."isn't that wierd?"
"That is pretty weed." LOL I'm trying to stay positive...I can't handle being this upset....I'll go mad.

YES, I cried out to God during this....it's IMPORTANT to me!!! LOL I always call on Him in a crunch...but not ONLY in a crunch. LOL

Also...that NO CAMERAS bull is CRAP!!!!! I'm taking a camera, they can...

BITE ME!!!!!!!!!

A word of friendly advice from the voice of experience, if you must, then take more than one disposable camera. They can take good pictures, come in a variety exposures and zoom capabilities, and from a financial standpoint who cares if anything happens to them as opposed to your brand new $500 digital camera that security confiscates and then breaks!!!

Ohhh, Christy, I'm so sorry! I know the feeling - I had butterflies in my stomach all morning, praying that I'd get to work on time, cursing at traffic, etc. LOL - I've been using those Crest whitestrips and you have to keep them in for 30 minutes, I usually brush my teeth right after I get to work, and I was doing that at 8:50 AM. LOL Then I got on the phone w/ my friend in SA who did not join the fan club. I was searching for 1 seat, 2, 3, and kept alternating.

So, are you familiar w/ this arena? I've never been there. Do you know if there is a Row "I?" Also, do you know which end of the aisle the seat numbers begin on the floor? I thought I saw a map on ebay, different than the Sticketbastard map, that showed the seat #'s beginning on Lindsey's side. Is that right?

Again, I'm so sorry about your loss...

I've never used a disposable camera...but that sounds like a good option, thanks strand!! I will probably do that then...they are NOT taking my dad's digital camera!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been there ONCE for the American Idol concert...I was in Section 13, and those seats really SUCKED WEED!! LOL I couldn't see over everyone, so I had to watch the entire concert on the big screens....which sucks...because it's like watching friggin TV...if I wanna do that, I'll stay at home!! LOL

I think I did okay tho. I think the numbers go left to right, but being there only once, I'm not entirely sure. I'm in seats 17-18, which they DO NOT show you when you buy them....WHY NOT!?!?! I think I got a prety good angle for watching Lindsey...here is a map of the AAC for all who are curious about our tickets...if you care. LOL

Default Pretty Decent Seats

I ended up with Section 10 (front section, left) Row R. So 18th row, not too bad. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have been able to do that well in the regular sale. I know I was on right at the start for the Dance and was only offered behind-the-stage seats.

How did everyone else do?

Brad

Hi livia, I tried for 17 minutes and best seat i got was a section 11 row T !!! so i bought it. I preferred lindsey's side but i only got earlyrow section 15. so i flipped and took the first 10 11 12 section that came up.

but i am pleased. I'm going to see the mac in their "homecountry".

Default Hey Guys

I didn't do much better. I got section 12 row T seats 3 & 4. I am not unhappy but I thought that I would have done better. Brokers want an unbelievable amount of money so I am happy with what I got. I also bought two tickets to the OKC show.

I logged on right at 9:00 with the intention of buying only if I could get very good seats. Right away I found front floor row Q, but I forgot the friggin' Ticketmaster password & lost my place in line by the time I found it. After that all I could find was middle floor again and again, and then it continued to get worse. I'm flying to Philly next month to see FM, & I'm only spending this fortune on so-so seats if they come to me in Houston. (Would they PLEASE announce Houston already?!)
Disappointed, but not heartbroken.
Congratulations to those of you who had better luck.
- Jake

Question Did Dallas...

"rollout" tickets on this presale? I know OKC did on the "fanclub" pre-sale.

Btw, An hour into the public onsale started the floor seats closer to the stage started to show (I pulled 10th row on Stevie's side of the stage, But lost 'em. I ended up with 17th row dead center...)

I'm going to wait awhile before I buy my Dallas tix since this show isnt a priority to me like OKC was/is...Brian J.
