i seriously just guffawed. i've actually done that twice now. once in PA and once in NY. also, i hate pennsylvania. i was taking i-90 from buffalo to cleveland and got pulled over by a state trooper for driving in the left lane too long. i remember seeing signs on i-76 in PA that state that the left lane is for passing only, but along the mere 45 miles of i-90 that go through PA, there is no signage, east- or westbound. trust, i've checked.
