Default Halp, Ledgies! Carpool Therapy!

As you may or may not know, I work in Internet marketing. I've been tasked with helping a friend win a Nikon Film Festival with the audience vote - which is fancy dancy, out of over a thousand short films, his was picked as a finalist! Yay him!

This will be a big challenge for me, since there's only 8 days left before voting is over, but every little bit helps, and I was hoping y'all wouldn't mind clicking on a link for me and voting on the video.

There's a substantial prize, and a chunk of it will go to me if I can help him win - something that wouldn't come amiss right now, as you may also know.

Here is the film. It's called Carpool Therapy, wherein you can pick up a therapist off the freeway entrance ramp much like you pick up "home improvement helpers" from the Home Depot parking lot - http://www.nikonfestival.com/blog/20...apy-first-day/

All you gotta do is click the link and then click on the stars at the top to vote (5 stars would help most, of course). Doesn't take long.

Only one vote from one IP addy will count, so no need for reloading or anything like that.

Would totally appreciate it! Y'all are peaches. And kumquats. And other types of produce.

Hey, shouldn't you be marching down to the post office to the tune of Tusk, marching band style?

Fo' sho, sir. Did you get my PM?

I gotta wait for the gas guys to quit digging in my yard and come re-light my furnace, and then it's off to the post office I go.

Just voted but like an idiot, voted 2 stars by accident. :|

I haven't time to watch the video, but this sounds like a good gig-LOL.

I surely did Miss Annie. But if you are anything like me, saying I'll do something this week really means in about 2 months.

Naw, I ain't that bad. Though the gas guys did not get done til 5 and the post office was closed. Tomorrow, though. Tomorrow is another day!

Also, thanks for the votes, y'all. I appreciate it. It'll be a long haul, but if I am very good, I may manage to make it.

OMG--"Who does group work...I need a sliding scale..." Very clever and hilarious!

Thanks, guys!

And glad you liked it, Jannie. I like the idea of therapy in the car.

Not sure why it wouldn't load, Maria - that sucks! But thank you for the vote!

I loved the whole concept of the meter running out. And the dad was a great character. Very funny.
