That's just it. You weren't sincerely asking for advice on how to deal with your parent's divorce. You were pondering why some girl stopped talking to you - over a year and a half ago. Double check the post of yours that I quoted - you'll see.

& to add that some folks don't know what you are going thru, IE you're parents divorce, is very rude~ like what you said to pip~ i was gonna chime in, that she knows what she was talking about~ if you had been around long enough, or could get your head out of your own little world for awhile, you would know, that she has gone thru seperation & divorce & alot of us were wishing her the best~ but i knew she would & could speak on that herself~

But the divorce was a part of the original thought process. If we just isolate and choose to look at the only question in a conversation, that wouldn't be looking at the whole picture.

Ethan, this isn't therapy. I'm not being heartless or anything, but why share this with everyone, and then complain when you get people giving back critical comments? Surely this is something that you'd tell to your close friends, not a bunch of strangers over the internet.

IMO, the divorce part "of the thought process" was just your attempt to get people to think you were going to talk about something substantive just so you could yet again talk about why some girl doesn't like you and why you can't find anyone to love.
