haha... yep! Someone mentioned Belinda Carlisle... I too liked her voice, and The Go-Gos. I saw them in orlando in 2003? 2004? They sounded great but the drummer was angry at the crowd. Very much a drag.

I have, on occassion, been known to not be too forthcoming about my secret love of Air Supply. I know, beyond cheesy, but i just love driving in the car and singing along to them.
Count me in the Ambrosia pool, although I really only know their popular stuff. Also love America and find myself listening to The Beatles and The Beach Boys lately. Ooh and the Association too. Ah, what the hell, I'll throw in The Cure too. Ok, that takes care of the ABCs for now. Last edited by Amlyn; 11-16-2009 at 11:07 PM.. |

Yeah, i found myself in a store one day not so long ago tapping my foot along to Poker Face. I must admit I went surfing on You Tube in order to listen to it for the next few days. I do think she's here for now. Not sure how long she'll stay around. But I probably said the same thing about Britney 10 years ago. |

I have liked every single Lady GaGa has released so far. But not enough to buy the CD. It's good music in the moment. I heard the new Madonna single today called Celebrate. I liked it. I kissed a girl and I liked it.

I guess if I have one thing that may border on being a guilty music pleasure it's that I like to listen to The Partridge Family!

Fish-era Marillion (1982-1988) has been in a near constant rotation either at home or in my ve-HICK-le.

Alan Parsons learned everything he knew from George Martin when he was an engineer at Abbey Road studios. It was his Beatle connection that got me interested in his stuff in the first place (well, that and his Pink Floyd engineering/production after he left the Beatles' camp)

If you have liked all the Lady Gaga singles then you will really like the cd. The entire thing is great dancing type music and I often listen to it when working out as well. I think the song Fame should have been a single but anything off that cd would have done well. Have you heard Bad Romance from her from the Fame Monster cd? Its pretty good once you can get past the awfulness in the beginning of the song. I heard they are releasing it also as an EP now.
