I passed up section 117 during the venue presale earlier in the week. This morning on the Fan Club Presale, the first thing that came up(I didn't want floor seats) was Sec.114! I was sick!

I kept trying and thank God, Sec.117, Row N (4 seats) came up. I grabbed them.

I wanted Club seats on the other side of the arena, but it became clear that they weren't going to be offered.

I ended up buying tickets that I turned down 3 days ago.

All in all, I am happy.

Looks like lots of people on this board are going to be in 117.

Yell out "MastaCow" before the show and I'll buy you a beer!

Default Atlanta Show!

I got on yesterday and got Section 117 Row Q Seats 9 and 10. I felt these would be good seats as Sulamith said they are raised. I guess I'll have one Floor Seat in section 4 to sell now. Just for giggles and grins, I tried today and on my second guess of a USER ID , I got in to the Fan Club Presale just to look. The best 2 seats came up as sect 114. I wasn't going to buy anyway because I was afraid I might mess up the person that has the Fan Club User ID. I guess you can fool that system as well but I don't know what would happen if you actually tried to buy the tickets?!

Anyhow, it does sound as if us diehard fans of the FM and the Ledge will be well respresented in section 117.

Guys!
This is the coolest!

Jason, where are you? Jason (strandinthewind) told me these were good seats, because he has been to shows there before.

If they aren't, he is going to have a Legion of Ledgies in section 117 to contend with! HEE HEE HA HA!!!

Just kiddin' SITW!

This is going to be great, and I'm so looking forward to it!

We need to try and meet up before the show at a restaurant around there. That would be fun!

Oh, and gjack, I'm not at all surprised you were able to breach that fan club system. It was so full of defects to begin with. Why in the world would your user name, which is right in the open for anyone to see, be your password?

That is the most retarded thing I ever heard of.

I have been to a dozen concerts at Philips Arena. Section 117 are GREAT seats, the only section better is Sec.102, and that's only because the seats are bigger and the food is better on that side of the arena(It's the "Club Section").

I have sat in this section many a time. I have also paid out the nose many a time to sit in this section

I think these are great seats because they are raised - thus allowing you a big advantage to see over the person in front of you. I am 6'4" so my ability to see is rarely obstructed I just run into problems with people several rows behind me not being able to see over me!!!!!

The only thing some may slightly object to about these seats is that you have a sideways view of the stage. This has never been a problem for me. Also, I look at it like this - for the $150 or so saved per ticket for Ebay tickets in the same section and for the $500 or so saved per ticket for ticketbroker tickets in the same section, I can live with a sideways view!!!

Seriously, I think you guys will love these tickets.

Finally, I went to the fan club presale today at around 10:30 a.m. ET and found the tickets offered were pretty much the same in section 117. The only floor seat I saw was in section 1 row V. Closer seats may have been offered earlier and thus taken in the 1 1/2 hours the presale had been going on before I looked. So, from what I have seen posted, everyone got really good seats without the help of the fan clucb presale even though they were offered there as well.

I am so excited!!!!!

Also, there is a cool Mexican rest. in CNN center (CNN Center is attached to Phillips Arena). Why don't we meet there prior to the concert and have chips, salsa, and, most importantly, a margherita. Note: this is just a suggestion - I am open to meeting anywhere close by, etc.

I don't mind a sideways view myself. Maybe we will see some of the activity in the wings on Lindsey's side. That could be mondo-cool, you know!

Mexican sounds great to me!
Let's PM each other with details, all you interested parties.

Hey, I'll shout out "Mastacow"!

Default 117 - The Ledgie Section

Well I guess Section 117 is reserved for all of us. I tried the pre-sale at 9:00 AM and only crap seats were coming up. On a lark, I tried it at 1:00 PM and got Row G, Sec. 117. How did that happen? Are they holding seats back?

I'm stoked about this show! Anybody else hoping they add a second Atlanta show like the Eagles just did at Phillips? They've got free dates before and After the 3rd so....we can dream, right?

Hey you're going to be one row in front of strandinthewind and three rows in front of me! gjack, mastacow, and stevierocks will be behind me.

So far you have got the closest seat in 117.

Section 117.....
Ledgies of the south section!

I have seen seats in this section, rows A & B on ebay for $250.00 each. I'll be looking to see who is sitting there, and thinking, "I know what you paid!" lol!

Someone has got to bring I camera so we can take a pic of all of us outside before we go in and then post it here.

Congrats on your seat!

Wow, we will be seating like 4 seats away from each other- I have seats 13 and 14 in the same row! This is awesome- all the ledgies are gonna be sitting in the same section

Oh ya, it will be cool if we meet up before- and Mexican is fine! But remember, I'm only 16 so I will NOT be drinking and my mom doesn't drink either- so don't ya'll get too rowdy! Just kidding.

This just rocks!!!!!!

I'm beginning to think I should have waited to buy tickets for Atlanta during the General Public sale on Monday.

This isn't news to people in Atlanta but, two of the main ways people find out about ticket sales in Atlanta are the Friday "Weekend" section of the Atlanta Journal and the Creative Loafing free newspaper.

There is no mention of FM in either one of these publications this week. Are they trying to keep the show a secret?

I have a feeling lots of good seats will be up for grabs Monday.
