Her inability to interact with Lindsey like a grown woman; or admit she brought stinkers to the table for Say You Will (Lindsey can't polish turds!); or that she could have turned down the Klonopin prescription... or at least stopped it quickly, after all, she repeatedly asserted she was just fine before going to see that psychiatrist; or maybe even admit she isn't releasing new material in any medium because she really has been in it for the money all these decades, and now that she's no longer a platinum selling headliner, she sees no point. Can you tell I'm getting a bit disillusioned with the woman?
You've made some great points......& I can't really dismiss any of them.....I am inclined to agree with you totally. Sad but so true.....I am thinking Stevie is just lazy & set in her ways & not interested in making any kind of mark in music or anything else.....now of course she is welcomed to 'prove' me wrong.....with a new lp or heck all the outtakes/demos/ext versions etc of all her songs....beautiful pic book....the full BD concert.....she has wonderful options open to her.....but she won't step through that door anymore.......the same set list or the same interviews rehasing the same crap.....boring......take like a whole yr off totally......maybe something will 'snap' into her head......but if this is 'it' well.......than thats the way it goes.......but a sad ending.....on many GHits packages......get back with Jimmy Iovine & record that 'final' LP than.....since hell would have to freeze over for us to get the demos/UR/ext versions stuff.....which is such a shame....or for her brother to do it all when she's gone........at least IMO......anyway....no offence anyone...but I do understand your disillusions on this one totally..........I think I'm more disappointed really.......I think the long nets of white just don't cloud my memory anymore....the magic is gone.......or so it seems......I'll always love Stevie's music.....but............

What she could be doing is hiring a new manager or publicist. I feel like Stevie has so much potential to do so much and reach a whole new audience, but I feel her management or publicist suck at bringing these opportunities to her attention.

"Release the entire Bella Donna concert video on DVD
Release the Buckingham Nicks album on CD
Remaster her first four albums with bonus discs
Release a 3 disc box set of rare demos, live performances and unreleased songs
Do an album of covers
Do a 'Songs of Rhiannon' album
Finish her Goldfish & Ladybug book/cartoon
Write an autobiography - be it fiction or non-fiction!"

I agree with all of these, and the rhiannon ballet a fashion line, movie scoring, film work, she should have her own company. these women stars like the olsen twins, britney, celine dion and jlo are far,far wealthier than she is and she has more talent in her little finger than they do in their whole body.

and she could be doing so much but sadly she just touring with mac doing the greatest hits crap and the same old schtick and telling the same old tired stories about lindsey, old mac stories we have heard a million times and klonopin stries. ZZZZ

God she still has so much talent, listen to these recent demos, its incredible, like that magic demo,I would love to see her do more film scoring and do other things other than these heritage tour things with the mac

.she is so hip among the fashionable crowd too, gay men, women, she should be on a forbes list of most powerful woman int he entertainment world, god even jlo and celine dion have more going on business wise. stevie could have a fashion line a movie out , maybe a production company,or a fashion or jewelry or perfume line , all of these things could be happening but all we are getting is another greatest hits tour. bleagh.

this mac tour may make her some money but it really is a mistake from an artistic perspective, she will probably be exhausted for half a year from this. sad. The mac has always been a mixed blessing for her I feel.
