It`s hard to estimate what that means in terms of the real charts. Several radio charts, divided in lines like A(dult)AA and so on- O.K. But how does that influence the Billboard charts? Seems it's not among the TOP 50 at Billboard, has anyone informations about an entry between 50 and 100? No news yet from Germany, no single release date, no radioplay as far as I know. Album still tentatively to be published on April 28 over here.

Radio and Records is the radio industry weekly standard. It tracks airplay only. Then divides it into many sub categoires. Peacekeeper has made very strong inroads in a short period of time in 3 categories. AAA, AC, and HAC. For the song to chart on all three shows broad pick up by a variety of station types.

Stefan, you asked about billboard. Billboard's CHR chart, the traditional hot 100 that you are probably thinking of is a combined sales and airplay chart and trends to a different radio marktet than peacekeeper or any fleetwood mac song will probably chart on. It is heavily skewed toward R&B, hip hop, and young pop.

The most important thing in the R&R numbers is the increased plays. That means stations are playing the song more and more. Peacekeeper led all 3 charts in that category.

Right after I heard it yesterday, the DJ said, "If you thought you heard a song by FM that didn't really sound like FM, that's because it's NEW FM..." Heh.

Well Tommer this is off topic of your thread, I've been thinking about you......Will this be a sleepless night for you? Our news channel was saying that Israel thought they had a 1% chance of being fired on, but if they were, they're ready.

This is so great. I love it. If they would just MAKE a video, this song could really catch on. Just a generic video for play on VH1 would make at least a little difference. I really hope VH1 just decides to pull Peacekeeper from the AOL sessions and plays it. Very exciting and GOOD news after a so far crappy day for me.
