I got your point perfectly. I remembered that the house was on the market at one point. And for all we know, it STILL might be. That's what my whole diatribe about exclusive listings was about. We should all know that what comes out of Ms Nicks mouth can't always be believed, and is often exaggerated or stretched. She could still have the place on the market, and just be trying to find some use for it in the meantime as a place to do interviews/photo shoots/and record. I suspect in this market, she has pulled up the for sale sign tho... I don't imagine too many $14million places are changing hands right now!

I love how she thinks her 3,000+ square foot ocean front condo is "very small."

My condo isn't even a third that size... the woman has probably had bigger closets than my whole place!

Yes like I Said before you were right that it was on the market. But we can safely assuming it's not on the market now because she says in this recent interview thta she is keeping it.

Stevie is an amazing economist though.

I agree with you. The reason she gave was lame and whether or not it's on the market now, she'd probably jump at the chance to sell.
