My luck is not so good when it comes to Wild Heart rings. My cousin ordered us both matching ones (back in July) from the Enchanted Mirror website, and we STILL have not received them!! It makes me angry, because when she emails the lady, she just gets a message saying it will be a little longer.

I don't mind waiting a resonable amount of time, but this is way too long!! I am starting to think we are never going to get them

I totally feel your pain!! I ordered a cresant moon/larinet necklace from there in March! I still haven't got mine either. I talked to another girl and it took her 9 months to get her necklace she said. So I am keeping my fingers crossed. But I do hate the waiting game.

I can't believe it is taking that long! I have ordered stuff from Nature's Jewelry before and I get in within a week.

I've gotten shipments from her within a week! It just depends upon whether or not she has to make the item or has already made it---she hand-makes everything she sells. Super person to deal with--I can't recommend her highly enough.

Personally I think that's an unacceptable amount of time to wait. Why don't you ask for a refund?

Next time I would recommend Camias Designs, she comes highly recommended on this site.

Sharon, I totally agree. I can't say enough good things about Kelly from Camia's. I ordered the crescent moon and pendant necklaces and got them really quickly. My boyfriend ordered me the Stevie cuff bracelets for Christmas. Being a guy, he ordered too late to get them for Christmas but Kelly contacted him right away and advised him how long it would be (3 weeks) and whether that was acceptable. I had them when she promised and they are beautiful. I always receive compliments on all of my items from Camia's.

I'm saving up for a few other things from her as well.

I've not really heard good things about some of the other Stevie sellers so I've stayed away. I just don't think it is reasonable to wait months for something you order unless the seller is up front about the length of time it will take to ship something out. I totally understand if the piece is handmade and labor intensive. But I don't think the jewelry on Enchanted Mirror is handmade.

I personally have never ordered anything from Enchanted Mirror, but I have to say Barbara has some amazing items on there.

Kelly is awesome. she custom-made my one-of-a-kind Stevie "diamond" crescent moon as a special gift for NOTS this year. I love it and wear it all the time!

I also love her little business cards that come with orders!

I have ordered from both Barbara and Bear years ago and didn't have any trouble with either of my orders.
