I suppose it does... My ex HATED that song though (it was, to pardon the pun, a bone of contention) so there'd be no way it would have happened in the past couple of years (because lets face it, the last thing a guy wants to do is have her change her mind!)...

Maybe now she's not around...haha

I think "If Anyone Falls" is a hot and sexy song.
"I hear a voice, in the room next to mine, feels good, sounds good, closes the door from behind and another voice comes through the door..."
"Nothing Ever Changes" where she says, "I could be the dancer of your dreams..."
"I can turn all your music on, I can make you feel alive..." That's hot. But what is the hottest song she's ever done? "Crash". "You're so dirty..." I love it when she was singing that. You would never imagine her singing or even thinking about "dirty" things. It was great!

As for Lindsey, the one song that comes to mind is "Come". That song is so intense especially when he does it live as well as "Big Love" and the original track for "Go Insane". But didn't "Tusk" have something to do with sex as well? That's what I heard, but you now I still listen to that song and I love it, but I still don't know what it means. I guess it means quit jearking me around telling me this and that when you're still messing around with other people. That's the way I look at it.
But I will say that my favorite Lindsey song of all is "Steal Your Heart Away."

Apparently "Tusk" is the nickname Mick used to use for his... eh... weapon of love.

Definitely orgasmic.
Well, the live work up is really nice and sultry. It's me that's talking to you, in the still of the night. It's always been me.

And, btw, does anyone else think that the song, "Tusk" is Lindsey's revenge on Mick for having an affair with Stevie? I've always believed that myself. If you listen to the words, it's as if Lindsey is almost trying to bait Mick with some smartass comments.

I've always thought that since I found out what "Tusk" stood for. Like Lindsey's basically taking the piss out of Mick, 'don't say that you love me, just tell me that you want me' particularly seems to me as though Lindsey is imagining what Mick said to Stevie.

Actually, most of Lindsey's songs on "Tusk" seem to be a dig at Stevie in one way or another, particularly songs like "The Ledge" and "Not That Funny". Very sarcastic.

Now that they're alone, Stevie has had to participate on Tusk more than she ever did (including that ridiculous dance/fight during the SYW tour, for which I pitied her).

But when Chris was there, Stevie just was not into it. Some times, she never managed to say "tusk" into her mic even once. That tune simply was not her cup of tusk.

Crash is an incredibly twisted, sex obsessed song! It's pretty dark and the fact that a woman is singing it makes it more so. Sex to 'carsh' would be pretty freaky...the 'In the King of the Castle' line and 'hike up your skirts a little more and show your world to me'...

I like Dave Matthews and I've always thought it's about the kind of sex when the guy just knows (or thinks he does) how damn great he is at turning her on. It's a big ego trip!

Totally agree with this interpretation of Tusk! Surely Mick said something when Lindsey came up with these lyrics for his percussion? Then again, songs about each other in the Mac is hardly new - just that it's between 2 guys this time...

Getting nasty to Not That Funny would, ironically, be highly amusing...and make for that kind of frantic sex with the ex that we've all had and almost instantly regretted!

Although Not That Funny is a very angry song as well so it could all be very strange...
