Okay, this is a fun thread!

things I am addicted to: Reading, music (listening to it, jabbering about it, can't actually PLAY it or WRITE it, but hey), the God of War game franchise, collecting Stevie/Mac memorabilia, horror movies

things I can grab from where I am sitting: My BlackBerry, toy robot, recent issue of the New Yorker, my Kindle, my beloved velvet Jesus con 18 Wheeler painting (yes, it's bolted to the wall, but I can reach out and touch it and it's the largest thing in front of my face, haha)

things I want to do before I die: Find out exactly how bizarre Japan really is firsthand, stay in one of those treehouse hotels, pull off the writers' retreat I dream of organizing, go to Tom Savini's Special Effects Makeup school, cross everyone off of my "musicians to see live before I die" list

people I want to meet (besides the folk of Fleetwood Mac, since that's pretty much a given): Warren Ellis (the musician, not the writer, though the writer is cool), Takashi Miike, Stephen King, Leonard Cohen, Tori Amos

websites I visit most often: This is a hard one - probably the Ledge, UnDented, Twitter, Facebook, and fandom wank (I'm a sucker for Intarwebz drah-mah even though I don't participate)

All the same, baby. All the same.

"You never know what I'll do. I've resequenced my show. I'm a master at sequencing. I'm the one who sequenced for Fleetwood Mac. I sequenced 'Rumours.' Everyone loves my sequences. They're fun.''

things I want to do before I die: fall in love and get married, have children, use my time machine to go back to 1977, 1979, 1981, 1982, and 1983 (I think since we're on a FM board we know why), own a ranch, have a room in my house that's dedicated to music- complete with album vinyl covers framed on the walls, posters, etc.

people I want to meet: Stevie Nicks, my future husband, Julia Roberts, Clint Eastwood (he is my favorite actor hands down, plus he looks exactly like my grandfather), Henry Ford

websites I visit most often: Facebook, The Ledge, eBay (oops...), Yahoo Mail, Youtube

That was fun!
Frankenstein is one of my favorite novels ever. Also, you better believe that you are not the only person completely addicted to eBay around here.... my addiction to buying random **** I don't need has gotten seriously out of hand

Oh, and my mom dated Clint Eastwood She was 18 and he was 50. This was during the time that he dated Sandra Locke, so my mom was basically his extra-marital fling every time he was in Carmel, CA for about year.

I bet they're so sick of telling the story but I'd just love to chat in general. It would be weird having a conversation where the other person has experienced that. I heard about a friend of Aldrin's telling him about their trip to Italy and him being fascinated cause he'd never been. They wondered how he could be fascinated by that when he'd bbeen to the moon but I guess what's different to you is most interesting.

Before I die I want to live in tokyo and have a holiday home in kenya. And if space tourisms starts up I definitely want to go.
That is very cool! How do you (kind of) know her if you don't mind me asking? Like the list in friends about 5 celebritites...she's been top of mine since Torn. The real bonus is that her albums are great too! White Liles Island especially, a criminally underrated record. Anyone reading this thread should check the album out and see just how talented she is.

I'm excited about her new album in October, and not only because it means I get to see more of her on tv looking hot!

Great lists there! The adddicted one is great. I would have put my girlfriend in my list but this thread came a little bit too late for that...

Anywhere in particular you'd like to go in the UK?

Yes, Michael Keaton must pkay Batman again! The first 2 of the 80/90s Batman movies are great, and not just because Michelle Pfeiffer is in a catsuit although that is a definite bonus... Let us not speak of the 4th one.

Oh I said kind of because I've met her twice I think at general social evenings, we have mutual friends I guess. So like we'd say hello if we saw each other in the street but I don't know her on any personal level. I love her ex Daniel Johns cause I love silverchair but I wasn't going to ask her anything about him. She's really really nice though when I've met her. I'm from Scotland originally but lived in London for a while after school and university finished and I basically hung around the people I knew from before which includes a lot of those socialite types. I don't really get that scene and felt kind of out of place (which is why I jumped at the chance to come to Aussie with my bf) but that was when I "kind of" knew her She was nice though, not stuck up like a lot of those people.

Hurrah! I'm in Scotland too and do plan to move to Oz once I finish studying because there are quite afew jobs over there for me. I always thought she seemed really nice and genuine so I'm very pleased about this!
