Default How many FM concerts have you attended (and do you remember the costs)?

I saw the Mac in 1990 and 1997 (only time with all 5 members). I've seen Stevie solo in 1989, 1991, 1994, 1998, and 2001. I don't remember the exact costs; suffice it to say that my seats have never been amazing, and I do remember the Enchanted tour seats as very expensive (of course, I bought from a ticketing agency not too long before the concert, so that might be why). I do remember paying $35 to attend Live Aid in 1985, and how expensive that seemed to folks at the time! This new tour is shoving me with both hands into Premature Old Poopdom. I remember seeing Stevie Nicks for the first time during the RAL tour and $25.00 was the price, can you believe it. I went to the Enchanted show and paid $89.95 for my ticket and I think that is also the amount I paid for the ticket when TISL tour came around.
I won tickets to the Tango show so there I am not sure. I was very upset by LB's departure so I skipped the Mask tour. The Dance tickets which were 13 row section C in Hartford were $79.95 and I know that for this tour I have paid more than that and I am farther away from the stage but what can you do, at least I am going to the two Worcester shows

Default FM Concerts/Prices

I saw them in '75 but don't have the ticket stub so I don't know how much it was. I would guess somewhere around $10.

'79 - $14.50
'87 - $16.50/$17.50 Saw them twice on the Tango Tour.
'90 - $20.00
'97 - $60.00

I saw them in '94, I think they opened for CSN($40.00) and '95 with Orleans/Pat Benatar/REO Speedwagon($27.95).

I guess I've seen my last Fleetwood Mac concert...I'm NOT paying over $100 for a ticket!

I've never paid more than $55 to see FMac...and that was for "The Dance' shows in 1997. I was centerstage about 35 rows back.

I've even attentened two shows for FREE (1974 & 1994)

The other 41x's I saw them I don't recall paying more than $35 to see them. From 1974-1977, my average cost per ticket was about $12. (these are for the TOP-OF-THE-LINE tiicket range, too)

In 1976 I paid $7 to see Jethro Tull at the LA Forum and was less than 100 ft (for those on the metric system...a little less than 30 meters) from the stage.

Never seen the Mac before. My brother brought me tickets for the Dance tour in Vancover. I think he paid like 80 bucks, but we all know the out come of that show. Way back in the early eighties I had tickets to see Stevie and Joe Walsh in Seatle. I think I paid like $ 18 for those, the bus that was to take us from Victoria to Seatle cancelled. I still have the tickets. I spelt seatle wrong didn't I.
So in all my years I have never seen them
I won't see them this times either. They have no Canadian dates and I could never afford them anyway. What a shame.

I have in front of me my ticket for Fleetwood Mac November 27, 1987 price-$18.70. I also have my Fleetwood Mac at Red Rocks June 13, 1990 ticket for $24.75. Stevie Nicks Street Angel Tour September 7, 1994 $22.50. Stevie Nicks at Red Rocks, August 11, 1991 for $23.10. That show was general admission, I got the front row and met Stevie. This one's for Pattie/welshwitchpmd. I have here a ticket to the Kinks at the Providence Civic Center October 18, 1980! Cant see the price because they actually used to tear the tickets in those days and the price is torn off.

I've been to four FM shows and 2 Stevie shows.

Tango in the Night-1987-honestly can't remember the cost but I am sure it wasn't over 35-40.00

Behind the Mask - 1991- ditto

The Dance - 1997- 75.00-for really good seats. I was lucky on this one-I had a friend who knew the managers of Nissan and we got a break

Enchanted - 1998 - I went free -courtesy of the same friend and the managers of Nissan. I made up for it in the stuff I bought though-LOL!!

TISL- 2001- the tix were 45.00 and 90.00. I got the cheaper ones-even then I was saving my $$$$ for this FM show=:-)

This time for really good seats it would have cost me $125.00. I can't see that for a concert so I got the $75.00 ones and they really aren't that bad. I expected worse.

Upwards of 50 plus shows now....the cheapest about $20.00...the most expensive face value....Atlantic City this tour, $150+......scalped for $300 to sit 5th row center on Stevie's last tour...

This tour's pricing is out of control!!

Well, I am pretty sure that the ticket for the Mac in 1982 at The Worcester Centrum was about $14.50. I would have never thought that just a little over 20 years later ticket prices would be over $100.00.

I hope they make it up north for the Canadian fans. (Hopefully at reasonable prices, one hopes.)

From what I've read I seem to have paid more than most on each of the tours, meaning my locations were more expensive (Houston, Chicago, Wisconsin, Philadelphia), the fees have been outrageous, or I have the word "sucker" written on my forehead. Come to think of it, this tour has made that word flash in neon on me.

The sad thing is, if they announce Houston tomorrow I will go. I've bought for Philly & will be flying out, but I'm drawing the line at going up to Dallas. I'd love to be one of those fans who's able to see them multiple times on the same tour, but I guess the days of that being possible are over. (Do any Mac people - maybe Ginny Kamano - stop over to lurk here? Take note, please!)

When my husband and I first saw them on the Dance tour we had really good seats and I think we paid around $80 a piece. We caught them again when they rolled into Indianapolis for free because my husband is a journalist and we got suite tickets.

I've seen the Mac about 9 or 10 times...For the Dance tour in SA, I got 3rd row dead center, at face value. I was the first one in line at one of the grocery store ticket outlets in Austin and luckily, the girl behind the counter knew what she was doing on the keyboard. :-)

For the Tango tour, I paid a scalper what seemed ridiculously expensive at the time, $75 apiece for front row....

I've seen Stevie about 12 (?) times...paid a scalper $250 for third row in Houston on the Enchanted tour. I got 5th row and 7th row for Dallas and Houston for the TISL tour via general public Sticketbastard sales...

Interesting trend here, no fan club presales and I always got great seats.
