Default Stevie Nicks... in your car!

Okay, so speaking of playlists.... I'm wondering what Stevie music YOU listen to when you're in your car.

Obviously any of her studio albums are great listening material -- but what else do you listen to while driving?

Demos/outtakes/etc??

I love listening to the Bella Donna Outtakes compilation.
Also I enjoy the compilation called "Dreamer" -- the quality is great so you can really BLAST it!

So... what about you??

Well everytime I take the car out by myself, I always take a Fleetwood Mac or Stevie CD with me. I change it up everytime so I won't get tired of hearing the same thing over and over. Yesterday I went out with friends and took Mirage with me. I cranked up Straight Back so loud my ears were ringing afterwards.

My favorite things to listen to are preformances that are live. I have the entire Atl show on my i-pod and will listen to that often. I also love the Live 1980 show and Live in Boston. When you have it really loud, sometimes I can zone out and imagine that I'm really there.

Very cool! I actually haven't heard the Live 1980 concert in awhile... I think I'll listen to that next

Right now I've got Crystal Visions cd and The Very Best of FM cd in my car. I always have my ipod with me though and it has everything on it so my whole collection is at my fingertips at any time. There is something that I love about getting in the car and blasting Edge of 17...especially a live version of it. Those guitar chords never fail to make me happy...when I hear them I automatically smile

Whenever I go on road trips, I listen to RAL because that kind of music seems very rockstar hitting the road- esque. I love it!

The first time I really appreciated and understood TISL was when I was listening to it in my car while driving through the mountains. It was fall...with all the changing color, and the sun was setting. When 'Trouble In Shangri La' started, the sun was out, and by the time I got home the 'Love Is' was ending and it was dark.

Kinda cool.

Well I usually make playlists with songs. Popular ones are ThrownDown, RTTG, Gypsy, Edge, TTM, and of course Angel.

I rarely do a whole album. The last time a Mac or Stevie album was played in my car was 2ish weeks ago when I had my friend in the car and I wanted him to listen to the Tusk drum beat (he plays) so we listned to the Tusk album-and I let him borrow my signed copy a few days later along with other Mac albums. Which I still haven't gotten back from him yet lolz.

I also keep one of the Chain box set in my car as well- it's a safety plan in case my iPod craps the bed. Stevie and the Mac are good driving music

Way cool. Symbolic listening experiences can make or break an album for me.

I constantly have my iPod in my car with me (thank God for auxillary cables) so I play I wide range of everything. I LOVE "Murrow" on my car stereo. That's an awesome song to blast-- totally changed my initial perception of it.

What I drive to depends on my mood. When I'm happy, I'll typically listen to "Angel", "Tusk", "Sweet Girl", "Bleed To Love Her", "Everybody Finds Out" and anything/everything off Rumours and Buckingham Nicks.

Not so happy/contemplative... "Sisters of the Moon" (especially live), "Love Is", "Thrown Down", "It's Only Love", "Smile At You (angry demo)", "Space Needle".... the list goes on and on and on and on.

"Thrown Down" and my 2908249068902469024890 versions of "Rhiannon" are played every day-- typically multiple times a day.

and I play Rumours and Live 1980 for awhile. I do agree that loud is better.
