You're wrong....we've been in contact years ago, during the Affairs of the Heart fanzine time. We've written back and forth few times but nothing seriously. I have had alot of contacts at the beginning of the 90s. And the FACTS that are stated on my Bad people page are FACTS that I got from SEVERAL Stevie fans not only from ONE. If I would have heard these stories just ONE time then there would have been no need for me to mention this. BUT...this are REPEATING stories from DIFFERENT Stevie fans so you really should stay away from the name of this ONE person.

The names on my Bad people page are names that came across my life again and again the past years and it is indeed very strange that the same names are mentioned by other fans with the same story. So this really makes someone startle. My decision to do this page are mentioned on the page itself. I want to WARN other Stevie fans...what they are doing themselves at least are out of my hands.

To publish this page is NOT criminal. I do not commit any crime. Everything stated is factual and not harassing. You can involve your lawyers and if I should get an answer from any of the lawyers they will get the same response from me as stated above. And...at least....the US law is different as the german law. So the US law is NOT valid in Germany!

& gypsy1947, i too have had not so nice dealings w/ joe & lisa copying my photos & using them on windchild~ but i know lisa isn't in the best of health, or wasn't the last i heard, which is sad~ & they also let the matter drop & removed my photos & or gave me credit, as some of the others have not~ so i choose not to bring them up~

i just have a hard time, when we have great fans who come & share their photos, even personal ones that they have taken at shows, only for them to be copied & sold on ebay within the week~ & some of these thiefs who also have health problems hide behind that & have used that reasoning over & over in selling stuff to others & not delivering the goods~

it makes the sharers not want to do so anymore...i'm just saying~

skinbug is NOT my screen name..That is my husbands...Windchild was a website..Just like anybody elses...Lisa and Joe had a right to put up a website just as Christy did...They had photos I took on their website as well...I guess you all dont remember how much I gave to 7wonders..I gave them every photo I ever took..I was never selfish with photos..I shared as much as anybody...Im just saying

YOU really have the nerves to talk about photos??? YOU have DOWNLOADED photos from the Backstage Gallery and SOLD them at eBay even though YOU didn't have the permission! Backstage Gallery only sells photos in BIG sizes starting with the size 11x14, the photos YOU have offered were size 4x6. And you have cropped out the logo on the right lower corner. And you are repeating to tell that ALL the photos you are offering for sale were purchased 10 years ago. Did you purchase the SAME photo 20 times 10 years ago??? Of course, everybody is buying 20 copies of the same photo, how stupid me! The same **** with the rare polaroid photos that were offered at eBay few times ago. These are UNIQUE but you sold CHEAP downloaded copies of them again and again. I know some of the owner of the ORIGINAL polaroids. You can stop telling ****. It's not me who lies, it's YOU!

We had NO contact during the Affairs of the Heart fanzine days because I was not part of it (possibly because I was caring for a husband who was dying of cancer and had no time, but that is neither here nor there). I guarantee that what you have heard about me has been since I unsubscribed from that joke of a group back in the winter. I did not say that publishing your page is criminal, however what you posted about me is untrue. Cyberspace has NO boundaries, therefore the slanderous comments that have been made about me on it ARE illegal. Prior to me unsubscribing from that lame group, I saw the same things happen to other innocent people, and it is beyond comprehension how someone can devote her life to trying to ruin the lives of others. I am too old for this petty crap, and I will not tolerate my name being slandered in this manner. I can assure you that this "boy who cried wolf" syndrome is going to end in a major way in the near future.

During the short time that I was (stupidly) part of that group, I witnessed this pattern with others, as I already stated. After I unsubscribed, not only did the harassment continue in the way of private emails to me, but also to others, as well as constant posts to the group about me - all of which were lies. She THOUGHT that everybody there was her friend, but some thought enough of me to keep me informed as to what was being said. She went so far as to demand complete loyalty from all members and for none of them to associate with me, or they would be banned. She also stated that their computers would be seized in the "criminal investigation" in an attempt to bully them, as well. Sorry, but it has all backfired on her, as I have all of the emails that she sent to me privately, all that she sent privately to others about me, the posts to the group, and more. Again, I would be happy to share them with you so that you can read for yourself who is doing the lying, because it isn't me. What is in black and white can't be disputed, and she has gone too far this time... It is rather sad that someone has to stoop to such lows, but I have had enough of it and have acted on it legally. What YOU seemingly don't understand is that I'm talking from DIFFERENT persons, you are ALWAYS picking on just ONE person! I know for sure that the OTHER persons are NOT "friends" (as you like to say it!) with that SPECIAL person YOU are talking about. I have alot of contact with other Stevie fans and to be honest, I DON'T CARE what others thinks about me or what they ever had said about me in the past or about my country. I do not agree with ALL US mentalities that you guys have and I'm sure that the US people doesn't always agree with the german mentality. Everybody is saying something devaluate about someone or do you want to tell me that you NEVER do complain about a person or about something?? I doubt....

Personally....all this inner turmoil to me should be done privately & not on this website....That is IMO.....I do not know of anything that is going on in this discussion. I have had some dealings with certian traders whom I will not mention. They may be listed they may not. I know whom they are & they have not been honest (as I have been-honest) in the past dealings that I have had with said persons.(With that said--it is my business & no one needs to know thats my opinion anyway but I did get something in return--others maybe suspect at this point--but like I stated that is my business only)..... Some of the people listed I have no idea whom they are. I think if said people are 'adults' here than act like one....calling names gets you no where. If you messed up---own it please. I always think it strange when people are called on things & they don't own them....they are acting childish in my opinion. Some are repeat offenders in that its always an excuse. Thats sad really. I can't understand that. The saddest part of all is when we trade with others in hoping to find those Stevie/Mac items that we really really want---than the trade goes bad. I still don't understand how & why this happens. Some people have integrity & are honest while others are not. Maybe its the way they were raised? I don't know. I just know its hurtful when others ruin that trust that you place in them. These are only things. I guess in some ways they are not important BUT having an honest transaction is. So act responsibly and if you can not deliver the items agreed upon than return items or the $ or whatever it was & than its done & over with period. That is IMO --no offence meant. Again thats my peace in this matter........

And what YOU don't understand is that it all stems back to one person. However, I did not name her - YOU did, and I have said that there is a handful of them, not just one person.

What was said about you had to do with your country and a certain religion, and it was NOT pretty...

As a matter of fact (until this happened to me), I am the most passive person you can imagine. As someone very near and dear to my heart - and NOT a member of any Stevie groups or communities - tells me constantly, it doesn't get any easier than being with me. I am the least judgmental person you could ever meet, I (until now) get along with everyone, and my life revolves around my son, my foster daughter, and my three granddaughters. I have no time for this, I don't want it in my life because it is NOT what being in Stevie forums is about for me, and therefore I have taken action to end it. I challenge you right now to produce one shred of evidence proving what you posted about me on your website, because none exists. I, on the other hand, have VOLUMES of proof that show just the opposite...

Sue, I agree with you 1000%! The aggravation on my part was finding my name on the Bad Traders/Bad People list. What is said about me there is totally false and is part of a smear campaign against me because I had the gall to disagree with someone in a Stevie forum. When that happened, all hell broke loose, and my life has been in turmoil ever since. I mentioned NO names when I first responded to this attack because I did not feel that it would be right to do so. I have tried very hard to solve this legally and with a modicum of decorum, but others don't want to see it that way. It was posted publically that I was banned from Enchanted - something that Daniel himself will dispute - and much worse, including evil threats. It isn't fair, and I don't like being grouped with people who ARE bad traders. I am not even a trader, for God's sake... I have many friends in the Stevie community - most of them for many years - and I don't appreciate my name being slandered/libeled in the manner in which it has been just because of a smear campaign. This same attack was stopped in its track in another forum, so it has now moved to this one. It is petty, it is sick, and it is uncalled for. I am a senior citizen living on Social Security Disability, and I do NOT need or want these lies associated with my name because of a select few. My original intention was to bring these facts to Melanie's attention, in the hopes that she would see the truth, but I seem to be getting nowhere with it. It is pathetic, it is untrue, and it is against the law as stated by the Constitution of the United States. Both internet libel/slander and cyber bullying are illegal, I am a victim of all of it, and I have had enough. OK....Shouldn't the money being used on attorneys be better spent on maybe getting some of you guys a vacation? More importantly, good luck proving special damages on your "libel" and "slander" claims....This attorney must be a real class act!

Good reputation? You are trading ILLEGAL bootlegs. Again, a vacation is in order...And if you are paying your attorney for his services on this matter, you should stop. He is ripping you off. This case is going nowhere.

Actually, my attorney is from one of the top firms in my state... This may sound petty to you, but until you have walked in these shoes and been the target of what has been going on for months, please don't pass judgment, My standing in the Stevie community is important to me, even though I do not get to post often. When the attacks were stopped short elsewhere, it moved here - something I found out only today, and completely by accident. To name me - with NO facts whatsoever to back it up - on a web page listing bad traders is beyond comprehension, what was stated is totally untrue, and again, until you have been through what I (and many others) have for the past several months, don't judge me for what needed to be done. If not so vicious, it might be laughable, but not when my name is being dragged through the mud the way that it has been. The bottom line is that cyber bullying, internet libel, and internet slander are illegal, and enough is enough. End of discussion - bada bing.

Thankfully, I have received several messages from complete strangers who think the whole thing is ludicrous, uncalled for, and should not have been done to me. THAT in itself tells me something...
