billing problems...

i am trying to use a friends credit card information and it's not letting me do that...my login/password is under my name though...it shouldn't really matter right???

Unless you registered under another credit card it shouldnt matter at all...Brian J.

so...the account information for ticketmaster has to match the account info on fleetwoodmac.com? i didn't know that if that's the case....ugh!

I hope that isnt the case, Because that seems wrong to me....

Try using the information again for the credit card for just ticketmaster.com.

If that doesnt work you may need to change/update your billing info at "fleetwoodmac.com" website...Thats just my suggestions...Hopefully one of em should work. Brian J.

i just called ticketmaster....didn't have to wait long at all....she said that the only thing that matters is that the ship to address for the tickets matches the credit card address/name etc....in other words it should have nothing to do with the fleetwoodmac.com account info. that's a relief!!! now, i just have to figure out from my friend what the deal is with her card and why it isn't working!!!
