So I am wondering...does anyone know what that is all about? Is this like a diva thing?

I wondered about this too, but MacMan figured out it was Static Guard and I heard someone at the Phoenix concert say the same thing. They don't just spray it in front of Stevie's mic, they spray it around all the mics and also on the ribbons around her mic stand.
