Default Any Thoughts on Rescheduled Shows

Since the tour ends less than a month from now and we haven't gotten dates for any of the 3 shows to be rescheduled, I am assuming the new dates will take place after June 20, 2009.

Do you think this as well?

I was just trying to assess the likelihood that New Orleans will be the last show. I don't think so any longer, but maybe my reasoning is off.

There's no room for them to take place before June 20th, of course... the only question is whether the rescheduled dates will take place in June/July, the fall sometime, or ???

My guess is that there will be new dates in the region (Portland, Boise, maybe a second Vancouver show) that will be added to justify going back and doing those three rescheduled markets.

I agree, there is no time in between, they will be done after the New Orleans show, just a question of how soon after.

If I remember right, after those 2 Chumash casino shows in July in California, they waited about 2 months for those 3 last shows didnt they?

Yes, the new shows weren't until September 18. I guess another gap like that makes sense.

Edmonton, AB
Calgary, AB
Vancouver, BC (or somewhere like Kelowna/Kamloops)
Ridgefield, WA (Portland's shed- which I HATE, but it makes sense for them economically)
Boise, ID
Sacramento, CA
Fresno/Bakersfield, CA
Ontario, CA

8 shows, space it over two weeks in mid-late August. No stress, no fuss, no muss.

I heard one of the Alberta shows is supposed to be on June 2 or 3.

Hmmm . . . Well, per Fleetwood Mac News & Reviews, Mick has an event on June 2nd in Salt Lake City and then they have a show the next night, June 3rd, in Salt Lake City, Utah. So, that cannot be.

SLC is on the 3rd, and I'd be shocked if they squeezed one of the AB shows into June 2- considering the already tight routing (both in mileage and the potential for band fatigue), the band's recent health concerns, and the fact that Calgary and Edmonton really should be played on consecutive days for geographical reasons.

They are probably going to take July and August off... Lindsey will want the Summer with his kids before school probably. I would think it will be late August or September before they head back out... I hope they do go back and play those postponed shows... Especially the Canadian ones, they don't get up here too often.

Can't be too late- they'll want to head back east and play some markets while its still shed season.
