FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

FLEETWOOD MAC POSTPONES SHOW AT PENGROWTH SADDLEDOME

SCHEDULED FOR TONIGHT, MAY 12TH

(May 12, 2009) -- Fleetwood Mac has postponed their scheduled show for tonight, May 12th at the Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary, AB due to illness. A rescheduled date will be announced soon.

Tickets that were purchased for the Pengrowth Saddledome show will be honored at the newly rescheduled date.

Sorry...I work at a radio station and that's what I've heard.

The only "official" word is illness...but isn't she usually the one who gets sick?

I wonder what she is sick with - if it is her. She was sick for some SYW tour dates. A sore throat I believe. I guess if I had to place my money on who it was I'd say Stevie. But...maybe it's Mick's drum tech.

But seriously...sorry to all the folks wanting to go to this show tonight. This is short notice too - hope a lot of people don't go to the venue and get the news. I imagine that will happen to a lot of people though.

Hey, Mick's no spring chicken either-maybe he is sick. Lindsay could be having a bad day with his epilepsy, maybe John got swine flu...who knows

Illnesses happen! They aren't invincible. I think things have really picked up lately with the energy on the tour, maybe giving it their all has taken a toll? They'll hopefully be back and better than ever with some renewed energy.

Well, I hope it's not too severe... I'm supposed to leave here on Thursday for Vancouver for Friday's show. Would like to know before I leave if they are going to make it or not....

I hope whomever is sick will be much better soon!! Was planning to go to Tacoma to see them. Glad I haven't bought tickets yet. Maybe, a trip to SLC would be much better to see the band.

Dude, that sucks. A family friend made a six hour drive for that concert, and now this happens...

Let's face it, anyone can get sick! I believe the one Dance show that was postponed/cancelled (Edmonton, Vancouver, somewhere in western Canada I can't remember) was because Lindsey was sick.
