Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Peestie, why don't you staff-notate the guitar part from this song the way you did for "I Am Waiting" a few years ago? Someone named Reed Peterson tabbed it on the Web (on Ultimate-Guitar.com), but his chord names are all wrong. The chord names he supplies have nothing to do with this song. I don't know whether his tabs are any good because I don't read tablature.

When I watched this video, I ran to the piano & tried to get the opening essential chords.

But Peestie should staff-notate the guitar part entirely. Go, Peestie, go!!

They sing this song in place of Dreams. Stevie says it is her new standard and she will never take it out of the set list. The song is about how every decision you make is spontaneous and your life can take a thousand different turns, depending on which way the wind is blowing that morning. Nothing is predetermined.

When did she ever sing this instead of Dreams? And obviously they took it out of the set list haha...

Oh my how I miss the Stevie/Lindsey interaction. Can we just go back to the year 2003 please? I saw them 3 times on that tour and it was just so damm good. I love Say You Will and really miss those songs on this tour.

It's a damn shame they dropped Destiny Rules so quickly. In my opinion, it was Stevie's strongest Mac song since Gypsy. I hate they dropped it before I got to see them on that tour too. Oh well, such is life!

I totally agree! The song is haunting, beautiful, heartbreaking live... but it's just... odd... on the album. Oh well, a LOT more people heard it live than on the album, so I guess that's what matters!

Its like they didn't have enough space on the cd so the had to speed it up to fit it in or something
Goodbye Baby is also insanely cool live

I am buried in work until next Friday but if you send me a PM or something to remind me I'll give it a go then. I think I did the outro of the studio version for Madness Fades a while ago.

I disagree. The first live versions of DR were terrible. Stevies voice was so weak it sounded like a whisper. The only plus about it was that Lindsey was using the acoustic. When they added DR back into the set, he switched to the turner.

I think RTTG had the most potential of all the live songs they did on the tour. If this is what it sounded like on opening night, I can't even imagine how great it would sound by the end of the tour. I think this song totally rocks live. Even with Stevie's bum hip here, she sort of gets into it at the end and the crowd reaction at both the beginning and end is great.
