Any Behind The Mask group photos?

trackaghost · #1 05-06-2009, 01:45 PM

Has anyone got some group photos from this era they can share? Even the official site with its new gallery has missed this era of the group. There's a couple in particular I've been looking for and can't find, including one where Stevie is sitting and wearing a hat and another where she's standing and wearing the dress she wore to the MTV awards (I think!)
Thanks in advance!

Edit: here's two I've found but I'm sure there are many more

I scanned that bottom one. Can't believe it's still out there.

I don't know if it is to tell the truth, I had it saved on my computer!

God I love this shot! It's so powerful and big! I love things like this!

Oh what I would do to be able to be a part of a big rock and roll tour, just once!!!!

As did Ms Nicks... (most of the time)

And you know what? The band actually looked happy, something we haven't seen that often.

They do seem happy in those days.

Some of these photos are from 1987 or early 1988 rather than 1990, but we all sort of lump everything into the one Billy-&-Rick Era.

David, Matt, MacMan thank you all, you are awesome!
But MacMan wins because he posted the two exact photos I was after:

There's a 1987 interview with Christine where she talks about that happy attitude (plus a lot of other band-member history she talks quite freely about):

With McVie and Nicks now running a more stable course, and the input of the new members, Christine McVie is enthusiastic about the new Fleetwood Mac, especially the contributions of Vito and Burnette.

“Rick and Billy are having the time of their lives. They’re great musicians, great singers and really great guys.

“This is probably one of the first tours where the ambience in the band has been so wonderful. We don’t have to sneak around the coffee shop to see who’s in there and who isn’t.

They did seem happy during that time. So what happened?

Chris:

“The next thing is to make a Fleetwood Mac album and after that I’m thinking of doing a bluesy album for myself,” says McVie.
“It wouldn’t be straight 12-bar blues, but I’d like to use Rick because he’s such a great guitar player.”

Another great idea that sadly never came to be....
