A certain person in the front row did not like that someone occupied her seat as they let people stand in front of the stage. Her husband/boyfriend tried to calm her down a little as she berated that other person. Was it a big guy wearing a yellow sweatshirt? I was right next to him! I remember seeing his wife/girlfriend, with the bad South Jersey perm, glaring at him. I had no idea what it was about, but I was thinking "take a chill pill, b*tch; you're front row at a Fleetwood Mac concert- enjoy it!!"

she wasn't wearing the top hat when it happened. It was so odd because it wasn't during a song. They just came out for the first encore and got into this "position" and went at it.

I totally missed the fight...I was transfixed on La Nicks and Mr. Buckingham.

Here are some random thoughts on last nights show

- Lindsey was spectacular! I've never seen him that close before. He definitely looks great for his age. His performance was great but he wasn't as "crazy" as I'd expected him to be, which was a nice surprise. Maybe he's just well rested and easing back into the shows.

- STORMS: It started off a little harsh, as in Stevie's mike was WAY TOO LOUD!!! Maybe she was just singing way too loud but nevertheless, it was too loud! But not nearly as loud as the two ladies next to me who felt the need to carry on an entire conversation during this song. These two didn't shut up once before the show started so I was anticipating trouble. Maybe they talked the whole time and I just couldn't hear them over the band but during Storms they were very audible. Just as I was starting to get really pissed off, I looked up at Lindsey and I swear he was staring right at them with this very disturbed, angry look on his face. He then glanced away, possibly at me or someone near me and gave this little smile and eyebrow raise like he couldn't believe what he just saw. Now I don't know if he could see the 6th row that clearly from the stage but it was pretty hard to miss these two with their loud talking and hand gestures, etc. I will never understand people like this but whatever. Anyway, I did like the way Stevie changed up the lyrics quite a bit in the second verse.

- John smiled once during GDW which is more than we usually get from him.

- Oh Well was perfection! I do think it should have come earlier in the set but it was amazing!

- I guess I had high expectations for Silver Springs based on all the posts I"ve been reading. Unfortunately, it was just average. The Dance was far better.

- Stevie looked very happy and quite thin. She looks a lot thinner in person.

My girlfriend and I were DIRECTLY to the left of them. Sara had a red flowy top and I had a brown long sleeved buttondown. We must have been right next to each other!

That is my girlfriend's hand with the huge ring, my hand to the left of that, and my sisters hand to the left of mine with the smaller ring on! You WERE right by us!

I would say he was in about the 8th row or so, not sure if it was Sect 1 or 2 though, because I didnt see him until we were leaving, and he was leaving out the right side (facing the stage).

That would be them. It seemed that at least half the time, she would be checking for e-mails on her cell.

Random thoughts: Band seemed tighter tonight and everyone- even Stevie- seemed to be all smiley and perky. Even John was moving in time with the rhythm. A young African American girl, who saw me looking through my pictures on the subway, asked me where I was sitting- she had apparently been at the show. Anyway, for some reason I just thought it was super cool that someone like her who, let's face it, is the total opposite of FM's core fanbase demographic, is into FM. It warmed my heart to think that, on some rough and tumble block in West Philly, there is a young black girl grooving to "Gypsy" through her headphones as she walks down the sidewalk.

Your iPhone shots are way better than mine. My iPhone pics have all kinds of glare and movement.

Thank you for all the photos and stories HejiraNYC! You know, in that one pic, Stevie seems to be coming dangerously close to a wardrobe malfunction. Maybe that's why Stevie was adjusting herself and laughing with Lindsey after their back to back horseplay. I think your camera work figured it out!
