"Big Boss" track?

Hi,
Does anybody know the origins of the Fleetwood Mac track "Big Boss" as featured on the "Uninvited Guest" Soundtrack? It's currently listed on ebay:

I could be wrong but from the way it's listed on there and from a web search I had done, it looks like the SONG is actually called Fleetwood Mac and the band that does it is called "Boss Hogg". Interesting though.

I wonder if it's a cover of FM's Peter Green penned song or if it's a different song altogether?
