When I saw Tori Amos personal pictures weren't allowed, but I took tons while waiting in line, etc. Not to defend them, but if tons and tons of people show up and everyone wanted a picture with her they run the risk of not getting autographs for everybody. I like the idea of the person behind you in line taking pictures of you while you're getting your autograph.

I guess bringing items that aren't the CD or DVD to sign is off limits too.

thanks! for some reason i was laying in bed last night thinking about the signing and how i could get a picture with stevie if they didnt allow it. that was all i could come up with. you can tell that i have lots of time on my hands. i am looking forward to start working again next week just so that i have something to do and yeah i need the money as well, LOL!

if stevie were doing this signing any other day before the 1st i would so be there. i hope you all get to talk to her for a bit. i think that would be so amazing. i wouldnt even know what to say. i would probably just say thanks and move on, HA!

i would love just to be a fly on the wall there and see how she interacts with the fans and stuff.

Yep. It was off-limits at the Mick signing too.

Exactly. They can only do so much in that specific amount of time.

my girlfriend and I are taking the train in to Philly and put our names in for Letterman tickets (I doubt we will get them...)

As far as "NO PICTURES" I think they mean no POSED pics with Stevie... we went to an Ina Garten book signing and they said no pictures, but we could take them while we were in line (on of the people working there actually offered to take our camera and took pics of us while we were at the table, but they didnt turn out too well...)

I am probably making a mistake by not planning to get there til 5...but I will see what happens... I will most likely get there a lot earlier... our train gets in at 11AM

i called B&N and asked how long would she be doing the signing for and he said its up to her how long she wants to do it which is cool im sure after 2 or 3 hours she will cut signing and meeting but who knows she might stay thru the end they said no camera's im bringing a disposable camera with me just in case i will getting there late not sure if will see her but it will be cool to say i was standing in line waiting to see Mama Nicks in the flesh baby it will be awesome i would ask her if she needs help at home or looking for a waterboy or something...lol

I just had this vision of myself getting my autograph and then just sitting in the audience watching her sign everyone else's CD/DVD.....for 3 hours. I mean, I could watch this woman read the phone book!

i totally agree with you, i just find her so fascinating that she could sit there and say nothing and somehow i would still be amazed, lol! if you do end up staying for a while you should bust out a digital camera and take some video of it.
