Rochester, NY Videos

Hi everyone!

Here's a bunch of videos I posted on my youtube channel from the Rochester, NY show last week. WARNING: there's alot.

Fleetwood Mac - Rochester, NY 3-16-09

I had a good view, and security wasn't too bad in my section. I did have to keep the camera on my lap the whole time though, just to keep it out of view. That's the reason for some shakiness here and there.

The audio is pretty clear, and once I get focused on the side screen, the picture is pretty good as well. The camera had trouble focusing on the stage since the lights were changing so much. I only had the camera for two days before the show, so I was winging it. I was dealing with lots of people moving around for the first few songs too, so it was hard to get settled.

I think starting with Rhiannon I zoom in and the picture gets better from then on. The last 3 songs I recorded with my Flip camcorder. The quality isn't as good, but it's tolerable. I used a Sony cybershot for the others.

I created a playlist on my youtube channel of all the videos in the order that they played them, so it will play them all automatically. It's like your at the concert all over again!

Thanks everyone! I’m so glad you all are enjoying the videos! I was totally blown away that they came out as good as they did. And they look 100 times better on tv after I burned them to a dvd. I highly recommend this camera if anyone is looking for one for concerts.

I’m just kicking myself for not zooming in all the way from the beginning. I realized I can’t zoom WHILE I’m recording. But if I zoom in before I hit record it will work. Doh! I wish I had more time before the show to figure it out, but oh well. I’m just happy security didn’t see me and make me erase everything! =)

Actually, I don't hear anything either

edit: im on a computer at school- i get audio on IE but not firefox. strange....

Yep, No love for Firefox.
This is an IE affair only.
I wonder if IE and Firefox will ever bury the hatchet and finally put on a good show together...lol

That's weird. I use Firefox, and there's sound for me.

I've realized that the sound sometimes won't play if you are watching the embedded videos I posted here. If you go to youtube and play them there, they work fine. =)

I am starting to get caught up on all the FM and Stevie threads. Was away for a little while due to some family issues, but am back now.
Just like the SYW tour, there are so many threads and photos and videos, want to stay on top of it all, as I love documenting the tours on my hard drive. Going through FM and Stevie overload at times though trying to keep up with everything and this definitely helps, so again thank you.
