How do I get a password for the presale at TM?

I nearly had a heart attack...Checked my email and saw ANOTHER email from the Ford Center. I was thinking "Alright..the link & password email for the ticket purchase...@#$%^&* A-Right!!!", Then when I checked to see whatwas on the email...It was an ad for another concert but at the Cox Business Convention Center (the ol' Frikkin' Myriad!!!)...God I hate when that happens...lol!!! ME be patient, LOL I can only be for so long. Well anyway I asked for a few days off from work. I was thinking near my birthday so I could go to Columbus. Well my boss is off May5-12 so I will be taking May13-15 off instead and go to Cleveland. I also have Memorial Week off. Worcester here I come!!
