Default Did Lindsey Conduct A Seminar?

This is from the Fort Collins Coloradoan paper and the reference to Lindsey conducing a seminar caught me by surprise:

http://www.coloradoan.com/article/20...NS02/903170336

BOSTON, March 13,2009-- Berklee College of Music announces that
Emily Fehler of Fort Collins has earned placement on the Dean's List for
the fall semester of the 2008 academic year. To be eligible for this
honor, a full-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or
above. Emily also sings with the VGO (Video Game Orchestra) at Berklee and
has attended seminars at the school conducted by Lindsay Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac
and Paul Simon.

The Berklee curriculum focuses on practical career preparation for
today's music industry. Four-year degrees are offered in Performance,
JazzComposition, Music Production & Engineering, Film Scoring, Music
Business / Management, Composition, Music Synthesis, Contemporary
Writing & Production, Music Education, Songwriting, Music Therapy,
and Professional Music.

Berklee College of Music was founded on the revolutionary principle
that the best way to prepare students for careers in music was through
the study and practice of contemporary music. For over half a century,
the college has evolved constantly to reflect the state of the art of music
and the music business. With over a dozen performance and
nonperformance majors, a diverse and talented student body
representing over 70 countries, and a music industry "who's who" of
alumni, Berklee is the world's premier learning lab for the music of
today - and tomorrow.

Oooh, I'll bet his seminars were kind of wordy and there was much "extended" vernacular used...and I'll bet Paul Simon's was kinda boring.

I honestly love both men to death. But in terms of public speaking, neither would win an award.

Now, John Lennon would be someone I would pay to hear...good money too. He was a character and hilarious. I think he probably has the most interesting personality of any celebrity I have ever regarded. He seemed like a cool guy.

**Edit**: I just saw the link BTFLCHILD posted and it looks as though he was in a good mood, had a guitar, and was wearing color. Perhaps it was a joyful night.
