They are like a flock of annoying over-chirpy birds that naw at your brain to the point where you want go insane. No big love for them here. They've pooped on the party.

actually,

the ambiance of this particular recording is pretty interesting considering it is a free-lance production,

if you don't like it, then don't listen to it,

"don't bite the hand that feeds you",

I only screamed a couple of times I swear!!! And I don't think Shel screamed at all...... there were some girls sitting behind us maybe it was them?? I didn't notice it at the time........

I have the right to listen to it -- as well as critique it, thank you. I'm not biting any hands...just a few seeds. But you are right: it's still is pretty good for what it is. And a big thanks and appreciation to whoever recorded it and whoever posted it.

I was actually referring to the ipod trouble.

You know, standing inline for your coffee on a busy wednesday morning with ipod in ear, and not noticing yer singing along to Gypsy quite loudly. And its all comes down to.. those hyperactive yelps of happiness.

Oh okay cool!! I do have to say that I am listening to the boot right now and it is definitely NOT Shel or I talking and screaming...... I heard me talking about the camera once but the other chatter is NOT us!!

As good as the audio quality is with these mp3's from Detroit (yes I went...Section F Row 8 Seat 15 and 16) what exactly did you use to record the show?
More importantly, where did you hide it?.....lol

I only ask because most of the audio is muffled, the highs lost to a great degree.
However, every once in a while I can hear someone bring the audio device out of something (a coat pocket?...shirt pocket?) and all of the sudden the audio gets tremendously better for a while (HUGE Improvement) and it really sounds fantastic......then just as abruptly it goes muffly again..:-(

"I'm So Afraid" is a good example of what i'm talking about. Check it out, you'll all notice it easily.
The beginning is normal (muffly) and around the .53-.54 second mark it really starts to sound good.

Darn i wish the whole thing sounded like that!

Good though, I am NOT criticizing it at all. Just wondering what happened.

Thanks for the permanent record of the show. Priceless!!

No way, not at all.

I was only asking WHY it seemed to go from muffly to very clear and fantastic.

Pretty much, all i want to know is if the most of the recording was done with the recording device in a pocket or hidden?

I ask because I'm going to the Toronto show and would like the feedback.

Please don't think I'm un-appreciative.....I'm not!
